Hello guys! I'm not sure who all just glances at the front page and doesn't read everything, so I'm repeating here the edit to the news article: The EU Scripting Livestream will be held on Saturday January 7th at 9AM PST (UTC-8). This is very much delayed from the US stream and I hope to avoid this long gap in the future, so I apologize for those of you who have had to wait. I hope you're still interested enough to drop by. PS: I know I keep saying the EU stream, but this is available for anyone to see. It's just mostly targeted at the EU timezones.

Just a recommendation to add to your build: Snigaroo and I did some patching to the Sherruk Attacks with Lightsabers and the Robes for Korriban Sith Students mods. The patching was to remove any unique or completely OP drops that the original modder, Shem, added to things. The descriptions as given in the K1 Mod Build: "Name: Sherruk Inventory Patch Author: Fair Strides Masters: Sherruk Attacks with Lightsabers Description: Shem's above mod not only gives Sherruk equipment which is horribly overpowered, he also gives him unique items which are only meant to be acquired once in the game. This modmod reduces his loot levels and removes his unique equipment without reducing his overall difficulty. Category & Tier: Patch / 1 - Essential" and "Name: Robes for Korriban Sith Students Inventory Patch Author: Fair Strides Masters: Robes for Korriban Sith Students Description: Robes for Korriban Sith Students, like many of Shem's mods, includes horribly overfilled loot lists and the inclusion of multiple items which are meant to be unique. This inventory patch reduces the loot of the Academy's occupants down to levels closer to that of vanilla. Category & Tier: Patch / 1 - Essential"

If you can't do it even on new games, try checking your game's folder and seeing if you have folders like "currentgame". If so, delete them. There might be two or three all-lowercase folders, so it's best to list your folders before you delete anything.

Once again I find myself baffled by all of the support, so thanks everyone! Looking back, 2016 really has been an interesting year, with lots of new modders and a lot of new creativity that's always been great to see. I've met some nice people and learned more about some of you wonderful people. Surprisingly, I even managed to get some stuff done! And I've got a lot more planned for this year, but we'll see if I can get around to it, eh? Here's to a great new year, everyone!!!

Congratulations on stubbornness! And you were so close to getting it right. Try it again (starting from SAV1 and getting her to attack, then saving a new SAV2), but this time after you edit the .git file in K-GFF and save it, do the following: 1. Close any ERFEdit apps that are open. 2. Open the kor36aa.sav in ERFEdit and drag-n-drop your edited .git file into it. Yes to overwrite. Save. 3. Close ERFEdit and then re-open it. 4. Open SAVEGAME.sav and drag-n-drop your edited .sav file into it. Yes to overwrite. Save. I've never had problems with ERFEdit and savegames before. The only issues on newer OS (anything past Windows XP) would be drag-n-drop only working once per application when extracting and the scrollbar on the side being a bit wonky.

In the very first reply to this thread (my reply), I give a link and tell you that in that link are links to several programs to help with viruses... You'll need to scroll down a bit. All are free, some are trials or free versions of a paid program.

...So make a separate version in the installer of your mod to remove the gender checks for these if and only if PartySwap is installed?

Do you have any way of testing those resolutions yourself? I know for a fact my monitor/TV only goes up to 1920x1080 (and the recommended resolution is 1280x720), so anything beyond that would be completely guess-work on my end.

K1R uses the dialog.tlk for 99% if not 100% of its text. I believe the DLG Converter tool only works on text not covered by the dialog.tlk, but I could be wrong. In any case, it should be fine since the text is in the dialog.tlk file. It would show up in-game as English text and the VOs would be English, but you wouldn't run into "invisible text" issues. The DLG Converter itself would accomplish the same thing as the above. It wouldn't convert the English text into Italian or Spanish or something; only make it visible for those languages in-game.

Can you list all the resolutions you'd need?

Not saying you screwed up, but the wording on that last comment could be a hell of a slap to the face...

@Lucy: The main thing is Effix is coming to us second-hand with the reports instead of having those with the issue report directly. So there's a much bigger lapse in help and communication. @Effix: At this point, perhaps you could give those reporting issues the same prompt from the Read Me First thread, have them fill it out, and then paste that here?

In addition, I'm assuming that this mod and the TSLRCM mentioned are both from the Workshop. So depending on your instructions for combining the mods, this could be a .2da conflict or something and re-doing the mod's installation to use the TSL Patcher could help.

What you download from the site is a .7z file. This needs to be extracted with a program like 7zip or WinRAR. After that, you should be able to run the installer.

I voted that the movie felt pretty good, but it was only because of the mass character death. Otherwise I'd have loved it. While I understand the mass character death was necessary, it didn't feel right to introduce a lot of characters and then kill them off willy-nilly. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the movie and plan to buy it. I also liked the droid.

Only way to hide this is to spam some posts so it's not there. Unless you mean to hide the thread completely so that only staff can see it.
