What was it like to release 1.5 as "final", then continue?

Another one, this time came to me at 2:44 AM. Both Revan and Thrawn failed for the same reason - they were both stabbed in the back (literally, for Thrawn) at the moment of their victory (Revan himself wasn't stopped, but he would've won if Scourge hadn't killed the Exlie).

A year, already? It feels like it was only a couple of months ago (it feels like it's only been a year or two since 1.6, when I first joined)! My thanks and congratulations to everyone who worked on such an incredible mod!

OK - if it helps understand the Force, it can't be bad.

Relativism is the belief that no Force power is inherently light or dark, what makes its alignment is how and why it's used - by the time of the New Jedi Order, this was an acceptable viewpoint (Kyle Katarn teaches this in Jedi Academy), but before, it was considered wrong and potentially very dangerous, thus Masters were instructed to stamp this view out quickly if any Padawans believed it (The Jedi Path states that it leads to adherants believing they are always right, making them arrogant and setting them on the path to the Dark Side).

I noticed these, and Sith Holocron asked if I could elaborate - indeed I can. Revan invaded the Republic in order to ensure he could defend it from the true Sith Empire when it invaded - this is the same reason Thrawn invaded the New Republic (the Chiss knew of threats beyond the known galaxy, thus Thrawn sought to prepare for them). Revan understood that war was not won with weapons and physical war, but in the hearts and minds of those fighting - to me, this sounds like a Force-Sensitive's improvement on Thrawn's use of psychology and the subconscious influences on his enemies' tactics. Also, the argument could be made that Revan is the first, and most effective, follower of relativism as a philosophy of Force use since the Je'daii of Tython, as he was prepared to do whatever he could (regardless of how the Jedi Order perceived its alignment within the Force) if it meant protecting those he fought for - this is the Force-Sensitive's approach to Thrawn's "whatever necessary to protect those who depend". I'm pretty sure I saw more at the time, but it was about 2:20 in the morning and several days ago - if more comes to me, I'll post it.

That's a nice hilt - I think it should change colour based on crystal (though I can see it working visually both ways).

Indeed - and it's interesting that First Assault (a Battlefield-like FPS) was cancelled, and now DICE is making a new Battlefront.

Looking forward to it - I've known Canderous to wear a kama during the Wars when he was feeling particularly self-centred, so I think it suits him.

Adding that the writing on the pillars in Visas' quarters on the Ravager translates to (as pointed out in a far older thread by ttlan) SDFASD, which I'm pretty sure is nonsense.
