Found a land map for Alderaan in the EaW files - if I can figure out how to put it back and sync it with a new space map, I feel a restoration on its way.

Does anyone have a copy of Imperial Civil War 2.0 (for EaW) they can PM me? I've tried to get both the installer and the zip file from ModDB, but FireFox crashes and the download stops partway through every time (also, I can't delete the incomplete installer - apparently it's in use by another program. Does anyone know a way to fix this?)

I've read the Force Storm arc (plus #0) - it's very good. I've got Prisoner of Bogan #2, and I think #1 and #3 are in my current reserve at my comic book shop (I couldn't get in when the arc started, so had to phone up - phoned a bit too late, and I had to ask for #1 when I next picked up my standing order).

Gave a lecture on the rise and fall of the Infinite Empire on the way home today. Intended to talk about the formation of the Republic.

I'm restarting my Smuggler on Red Eclipse, as I'm way too underlevelled for my current planet (15 on Nar Shaddaa - if I move I'll be killed), and Scoundrel sounds more interesting than Gunslinger - so yeah, look for a Smuggler named Darutin.

Watchmen Ultimate Cut is an excellent film - of all films based on written material, it stayed closest to the original.

Someone on TOR yesterday promised me (my Mercenary character) a million credits if I captured an Arkanian sorceress named Silental and brought her to him alive. He said she travels between the Imperial Fleet and Ilum - anyone have any leads?

Deleted all my saves, uninstalled everything, reinstalled game, then 1.8.2, then M4-78 EP, started up and this happened: Running in 1024x768 at 60Hz, but my monitor's 1366x768 (widescreen patch didn't work).

I agree with the first part of what Rtas Vadum said - I don't play any games unless I have a reason to do what I'm doing (why I prefer RPGs). Generally, this means I don't really play first-person shooters, but I will if there's a good reason for me to be fighting (I like Halo because there's a point to my battle, as opposed to stuff like Call of Duty where it's war for the sake of war). I definitely don't think video games should be blamed for this though - if someone is influenced by games enough to do this, there's something more than games that needs to be looked at. -
Played Star Wars Saga Edition Monopoly yesterday - I had all 4 ships and more money than I really needed. Then I landed on Kessel and had no money.

Downloaded a Backgammon app, learnt how to play it, then beat all 5 difficulties on the same day.
