I know, but I've been pressed for hard drive space lately. I've been meaning to reinstall though. -

I've always done this, but I haven't played either KotOR in absolutely ages. -
I thought it was...alright. I was hoping for better, but I'll spoiler my full thoughts. I like Rey though. And John Williams did a good job.

Must've been quite tiring to rant like that, you want some coffee to keep going? I can brought it if you like. *Talks in moderator voice* Seriously though, don't come here with an attitude like that. We're perfectly happy to help anyone at all as long as they ask politely.

I really, really hope 1313 comes back. It looked awesome, but EA has that exclusivity contract so I'm not sure if it could really live up to expectation.

This thread should be resurrected, music's always good. Anyway, I'm listening to I've Changed My Address, by The Jam, in particular one from a 1977 Peel Session.

Name your favorite game that isn't Star Wars!
Mandalore replied to TheDarkChocolateJedi's topic in Other Games
It's difficult to pick one, but I think I'll go with The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. -
Haven't been here in a long time. Anything big I've missed?

I don't really mod anymore, but when I did it was mostly reskins and yes definitely this would be useful.

You know I did the TPM podcast a few weeks ago? Well the AoTC one recently got 1400 downloads in a day. None of us know why, but we're not complaining.
-
Some friends and I did a commentary podcast of TPM, I know this is shameless self-promotion but we'd greatly appreciate it if you'd give it a listen!

I've been reading the Book of Sith, and I've formed a theory that Revan is both the Chosen One and the Sith'ari. To make things easier, I'll just list the evidence for his fulfilment of each prophecy individually: Evidence for him being the Chosen One: - The Chosen One is said to be extremely powerful in the Force, which Revan quite clearly is - The Chosen One is said to bring balance to the Force, and Revan is one of the few completely balanced Force-users in history: He's trained with both Jedi and Sith He's fought for both Jedi and Sith He's fought against both Jedi and Sith He's left both Jedi and Sith - The prophecy also makes reference to a place called Mortis, of "impossible geography" with a "gargantuan monolith" and gods of dark, light and balance, which to me sounds like Malachor V (with the monolith being the Trayus Core) - assuming that Revan is the Chosen One, that makes Malak dark and the Exile light. Alternatively, I have a different interpretation that has the Exile still as light, but Kreia as balance and Sion as dark. Evidence for Revan being Sith'ari: - The Sith'ari is free of all restriction, and Revan has no absolute loyalty to anyone save the people of the Galaxy, and acts purely on what he believes is right - The Sith'ari will lead the Sith and destroy them, both of which he did in the Jedi Civil War - The Sith'ari will raise the Sith from death and make them stronger than before - Revan ordered the creation of the Mass Shadow Generator, which was responsible for the creation of the Sith Triumvirate, two of which were raised from death, one of which is infinitely powerful.

I have a theory that Revan is both the Chosen One and the Sith'ari - do you guys think that's thread-worthy, or should I explain it here?

That's something I think we can all agree on. -

Depends who you ask - Mandalore said it was in response to the dishonourable tactics the Republic used, Cassus Fett said it was to show the Republic we weren't afraid to use extreme force. -

I personally agree with you, but Mandalore the Ultimate and Cassus Fett believed that it was the only way to properly get the Republic to fight. That and Serocco. -
Yes, when someone emailed him about the inconsistencies, he admitted that he did minimal background research into the Exile.

Star Wars Episode VII :The Force Awakens Teaser Trailer

Oya! I'm not sure which of us you're referring to, but I don't see how showing compassion is weak - maybe it's related to Kreia's teachings on Nar Shaddaa, but I don't recall any notable Mandalorian leaders saying such. And the genocides in the early days of the war (which I was always against) were meant to goad the Republic, to draw them out into a full war, to show them what would happen if they didn't protect their people. For the record, Satine Kryze is an absolute hu'tuun who doesn't deserve the validation of being called cuy'val dar. -

Could be worse, could be much better. And that lightsaber looks completely impractical. -
That was originally going to link into GenoHaradan, if I remember correctly. I recall hearing Grenn say something about the assassin coming from powerful people on Nar Shaddaa.

All games are lagging now for some reason - it was fine a month or two ago, and now I'm running Unity3D games at 15FPS. Anyone else had anything like this?
