  1. Wolverine's a pretty cool guy.

      Does he afraid of anything?

      I don't think so.

  2. Indeed - I don't particularly like maces either (or any blunt weapon, for that matter). And the main thing I was thinking of was the fact that in Morrowind, you could get decent stuff if you put the effort into fighting for it - in Oblivion, you only get what's at your level, and you only get fights at your level.
  3. I'm looking to return to Oblivion, but one of the things that always annoyed me was the levelled loot & monsters (in Morrowind, if you went into a dungeon, you could end up fighting something far too powerful for you to overcome, and you could end up with a Daedric weapon at level 3) - can you please recommend a mod that removes the scaling (preferably affecting SI and the DLC as well)?
  4. It's fun to turn up at the forward command centre of a randomly selected combat zone without warning and see the excitement on your people's faces as you quietly assume control of the lead tactical station...

  5. Levelled up my Mercenary in TOR (level 21) - can now wear my nice prototype cuirass.

  6. Personally I never read reviews - a lot of critics like things I don't, and don't like things I do - everyone seems to love Titanic and I think it's rubbish, people don't like X-Men Origins: Wolverine (or any of the X-Men films, for that matter) and I think it's great, I don't even have a problem with the prequel trilogy. I'm just going to see the sequels with only my thoughts.
  7. Does K1 have a "drink" animation?

  8. Does anyone know the event sets MAN_VIGLOF_DONE? I know it's in Viglo's dialogue, and the female-only branch has it as a requirement.

  9. All you people with female characters on Manaan - look foward to something that's not there being put back in the near future.

  10. Saw Old Crow Medicine Show last night - brilliant, though I am now very tired.

  11. I've got it too (on latest FireFox).
  12. Yep, just go back to the Server Select screen and select where you want to play - I've got a character on both Red Eclipse and Progenitor.
  13. Jedi #2 does indeed look great, if a little dark. Carth's outfit is pretty nice as well. And after I saw the new Cassus Fett images on LucasForums, my thoughts that I want to use this reskin - I'll freely admit it looks better (and more in Cassus' style) than my own.
  14. Su cuy'gar from both Deadly Stream and the Mandalorian Empire.
  15. Nice take on Cassus' 'gam - I'm sure he'd approve if he saw it.
  16. Was playing Star Trek Online earlier - the last two missions of the Breen series invove finding the fragments of a lost star chart that points to an ancient facility built by the first known spacefaring civilisation. It sounds somewhat familiar, but I can't quite put my finger on it...

The mission itself was about the Preservers, but it felt a lot like KotOR.

  17. After far too long, I just wrote my new blog post.

  18. Running log #012... After we'd set up the credit transfer lines from Czerka, we decided to move our Republic ships back to our bit of unused space, as it'd look a tad suspicious to have an unexplained task force orbiting Tatooine. After that was done - and I needn't say how long it took - we returned to the base, which we named Keldab. There, we decided we'd strike back properly at the people involved in causing our defeat in the war - that was to become our primary objective. We would do as much damage to the Republic military forces and the people who contributed to the defeat of the Mandalorians, and only them. Those without involvement in the war - civilians, politicians who stayed out of it - would only be harmed if absolutely necessary. Now, after we decided to first hit the military, or what was left of it, we looked over the records the Republic ships had on board (we moved them to Keldab when we set up), and found that the dry-docks orbiting Corellia were still in use. Our first thought upon considering an attack on Corellia, or any Inner Rim world for that matter, was that it was absolutely insane. Our second thought was that it would be challenging, fun and generally kandosii if we could pull it off. And we didn't doubt our ability - after all, we'd taken down a fair chunk of their forces in Bothan Space already. So, we set off down the Corellian Run in the Gra'tua (we briefly considered taking one of the Republic ships, then realised they'd probably know which ones we'd taken) with intentions to wreak havoc. Because we were looking to have fun when we got there, we thought to make our plans as clear as possible to the authorities. So, we entered the system, approached the dry-docks, and were stopped by a patrol force that requested identification. We told them we were the Mandalorian ship Gra'tua, in the Corellian system on business of causing significant damage to Republic military forces. Our bold honesty momentarily confused the patrol leader, so we blew him to pieces, and then dispatched the rest of the patrol. This brought the attention of all the defence forces in the system, which gave us the opportunity to really enjoy ourselves. We flew around the dry-docks, blasting everything we could see, and evading enemy fire at the exact moments to make the Republic forces hit their own structures. After one of the greatest, most exhilarating fights I've ever had since the end of the Mandalorian Wars, we looked around at the damage we'd caused. We saw the wreckage of hundreds of Republic ships, burnt-out hulls of half-constructed ships in the dry-docks, and the dry-docks themselves damaged beyond all hope of repair. Leaving the site of our display, we broadcast a message on all Republic comm channels in the vicinity, thanking them for their time, effort and ships, and promising them we'd return soon. It was kandosii. I'll write more some other time. END OF LOG #012
  19. Someone I know said they read somewhere (they didn't say where) that the new films would take place in 34-44 ABY, which leads me to think they're doing films of the stuff around the New Jedi Order.
  20. Saw a theatre production of The Woman In Black - it was very good.

  21. Did all the Ord Mantell Heroics and got the Savrip Island Datacron solo at level 7 - now level 11 Scoundrel on Coruscant.

    1. HK-47

      HK-47

Statement: That's the only heroic that can be done solo that early on.

+100? Exactly how many level 50 humans do you have?

  22. Restarted my Smuggler in TOR - trying to solo all Heroics on Ord Mantell at the same level as I arrived on Coruscant with my previous one.

  23. Pretty much all of KotOR is based on NWN - they even left references to it in files (look at some of the available item properties, for example). Anyway, here is where you'll find the tools, and here is where you'll find tutorials on how to use them. There's also here, but that's still work-in-progress.
  24. Watched Fail-Safe yesterday - an excellent film.
