Multifire and Autofire and Superior Feats (TSL)
By darthbdaman in Mods
Implements bonus attacks and penalties for using Blaster Rifles and Heavy Weapons. Rifles allow making one extra attack per round, at a -4 attack penalty. Heavy weapons allow making two extra attacks per round, at a -6 attack penalty.
Description
In the original Star Wars d20 roleplaying game that KotOR is very loosely based off of, the Blaster Rifle type and Repeating Blaster types had unique functions that allowed them to make multiple attacks per round, at a penalty.
KotOR was originally going to include a similar function for the Heavy Weapons group, but it is unimplemented, leaving Heavy Weapons as generally equivalent or inferior to Blaster Rifles. There are multiple mods which have attempted to restore this, but they are generally buggy, have awkward interactions with force speed, and only seek to restore the game functionality, and do not attempt to expand into the areas covered by the original roleplaying game.
This mod implements the bonus attacks and penalties for using multifire (Blaster Rifles) and autofire (Heavy Weapons). Multifire allows making one extra attack per round, but all attacks made during the round suffer a -4 attack penalty. Autofire allows making two extra attacks per round, but all attacks made during the round suffer a -6 attack penalty. Unlike in the roleplaying game, these are not optional, and cannot be toggled off.
These penalties can be offset however. Inspired by feats in the roleplaying game, and how KotOR adapted other feats, this mod implements a new Multishot feat tree, which has 3 ranks, which increase attack when using Rifles or Heavy Weapons by +2, +1, and +1 respectively. This tree acts as an equivalent to Two-Weapon Fighting and Dueling for these weapons.
Due to hardcoded limitations with how extra attacks can be granted within the game, Rifles and Heavy Weapons can never make more than 3 attack when using Power Blast or Sniper Shot, or making a regular attack. Rapid Shot can grant a maximum of 4 attacks. If Master Speed (or Fury) is used, these limitations will obviously be a problem. As a solution, this mod will automatically reduce the penalties of multifire and autofire depending on how many attacks the player should have. For example, if Knight Speed (or Improved Fury) is used with a Blaster Rifle, both attacks will stack properly, and will all be made at a -4 penalty, while if Master Speed (or Master Fury) is used with a Heavy Weapon, autofire will be disabled, and 3 attacks will be made without any penalty being suffered. The Multishot feat will continue to increase attack bonus while Speed is active.
One the (many) complaints made about characters options in TSL, is the extreme disparity in feats support for different options. Two-Weapon Fighting and Lightsabers get high level advanced feats on the Weapon Master and Marauder, but no other options are available. This mod corrects that, by adding Superior Weapon Focus feats for Blaster Pistols, Blaster Rifles, and Melee Weapons. It also adds a Superior Dueling line, as well as a Superior Multishot line, to continue the earlier tree introduced by this mod. The Focus feats all add +1 to attack rolls per level, while the Dueling feats add +1-4 to damage, and +1 to attacks rolls and AC per rank. The AC bonus is implemented as a Shield Bonus (i.e. think a magical shield from Neverwinter Nights). This should stack with all other AC bonuses. The Superior Multishot tree, grants +1, +1, and +2 to attack rolls respectively.
The bug that allows Finesse: Melee Weapons to affect Lightsabers is fixed. The bonus from that feat will be removed if the character has Finesse: Melee Weapons, but not Finesse: Lightsaber. Either feat will allow Dexterity modifier to be added to attack rolls for Unarmed attacks as well, as there was previously no way to do this.
All of these changes are implemented in a heartbeat script, that runs every second on the player and companions, and on NPCs during combat events. You will have to close the inventory and reopen it after changing your equipment, to make sure that all of the effects are properly applied. This is the only way of doing changes like this unfortunately.
Install/Uninstall
Run the installer.exe file. If you are on Linux or Mac, appropriate HoloPatcher installers can be found on DeadlyStream.
See the docs folder for more information.
Compatibility
This mod uses a k_ai_master.ncs Heartbeat script to implement its changes, and will likely have compatibility issues with other mods that use similar implementations. They will likely need compatibility patching. Fully compatible with TSLRCM. Fully compatible with Sentinel Sneak Attack with Multiclassing. Fully compatible with Improved AI (v1.2.3 or higher). You must install Improved AI AFTER all of my mods, and let its k_ai_master.ncs file replace mine. Recommended Mods
TSLRCM is strongly recommended. You can find the KotOR version here. Special Thanks/Acknowledgements

The Finesse: Lightsaber and Finesse: Melee Weapons feats from TSL have been added to the game. Finesse: Lightsaber is automatically granted to Jedi Classes, however if a character manages to use a Lightsaber without having this feats, it will no longer be treated as a Finesse weapon for them. Finesse: Melee Weapons is selectable by all human classes, and works as it does in TSL (but the bug that allows it affect Lightsabers is not replicated). Either feat will allow Dexterity modifier to be added to attack rolls for Unarmed attacks as well, as there was previously no way to do this.
The Dueling feats line will also affect Unarmed attacks, as it does in TSL. The AC bonus is implemented as a Shield Bonus (i.e. think a magical shield from Neverwinter Nights). This should stack with all other AC bonuses.

Sentinel Sneak Attack with Multiclassing (TSL)
By darthbdaman in Mods
Overhauls the Sneak Attack feat line, giving it to Jedi Sentinels, as well as implementing a system for characters that multiclass into Watchmen and Assassins from Sentinels to continue increasing their Sneak Attack.
Description
The Sentinel class corresponds to the Scoundrel, having the most skill points, affinity for Stealth and Security (at least in TSL), and the Sneak Attack feat line... they don't get Sneak Attack Feats? Well then what do they get... Other mods have added Sneak Attack to Sentinels before, however, if a Sentinel character became a Jedi Watchman, they would gain very little benefit from the progression, despite being the most natural choice, as their Sneak Attack die would already be higher than any that they could be granted from the Watchman class. This mod overhauls the Sneak Attack feat line, giving it to Jedi Sentinels, as well as implementing a system for characters that multiclass into Jedi Watchmen or Sith Assassins from Sentinels (as well as Sentinels from Scoundrels for companions) to continue increasing their Sneak Attack. The original Sneak Attack feats are no longer granted when leveling up. Instead, new dummy versions have been added to the feat interface to tell you when you will get a new Sneak Attack die. Scoundrels gain a new Sneak attack die every 2 levels, starting at level 1 (1,3,5,7,etc.), while Sentinels gain a new die every 4 levels, starting at level 1 (1,5,9,13,17). Jedi Watchmen and Sith Assassins have both had their Sneak Attack progression reduced, to avoid Sentinel becoming redundant due to getting all 10 Sneak Attack ranks from one class. Watchmen now gain a new die every 4 levels, starting at level 1 (1,5,9,13,etc.), the same as Sentinels, while Sith Assassin gain a new die every 3 levels, starting at level 1 (1,4,7,10,etc.). Both classes (as well as Sentinels) will also continue gaining ranks above level 20, instead of ceasing progression as Watchmen did in the original game. Multiclass characters will add all of their dice from these classes together when calculating their final Sneak Attack rank. For example, a Level 15 Jedi Sentinel/Level 17 Jedi Watchman would have 4 ranks from Jedi Sentinel, and 5 ranks from Jedi Watchman, giving them a total Sneak Attack level of 9. The maximum possible Sneak Attack rank remains 10, and this cannot be changed. This mod also includes a workaround for a vanilla bug, where Bao-dur and Handmaiden would stop gaining ranks in Unarmed Specialist when the multiclassed into Jedi, until their Jedi level surpassed their original level. They will now be given their appropriate level of feat, if their character level meets the requirement. This will not be visible on the level up screen, but should be immediately granted, after they finish leveling up.

Jedi From The Start
By darthbdaman in Mods
Revises the opening of the game, so that the player may begin as a Jedi Apprentice, in a seamless, lore-friendly manner. Removes all fourth wall breaking tutorial messages from the game.
Description
Upon starting the game, instead of Trask waking the player, you will be presented with new dialogue options to potentially select a Jedi Class.
You may choose to remain as your base class, and become a Jedi on Dantooine as normal, if you wish.
If you choose to become a Jedi, you will immediately level up, and be able to acquire your new feats and powers.
Starting equipment has been adjusted, and will be generated after this level up, allowing your new feats and skills to be accounted for.
Jedi characters are given a crystal in their footlocker, and can build a Lightsaber at the workbench. They choose its style and color there.
You then proceed through the Endar Spire sequence as normal, albeit without Trask. Out of character tutorial messages have all been removed.
Jedi characters will have a new Lightsaber duel, and recieve additional items.
Early dialogues with party members and NPC's have been adjusted to accurately reflect whether the player is a Jedi or not.
Additional Force Persuade checks have been added to many of the characters found throughout Taris.
A new path to purchase T3-M4 before completing the Swoop Race, through a Force Persuade check, has been added. This is available to non-Jedi through Persuade as well.
Upon arriving on Dantooine, the opening dialogue with the council is altered slightly.
The inital training sections, from the Jedi Code to Lightsaber construction is removed, and the player is immediately tasked to Cleanse the Tainted Grove.
After this point the game proceeds as normal, without major alterations.
If the player chooses not to become a Jedi at the start of the game, then very little changes, besides the removal of Trask and tutorial messages.
On Dantooine, a non-Jedi player will be able to construct a Double-bladed or Short Lightsaber, and choose the color of their lightsaber freely.
They will also be given an Apprentice robe after constructing a Lightsaber.
Install/Uninstall
Run the installer.exe file. If you are on Linux or Mac, appropriate HoloPatcher installers can be found on DeadlyStream.
If updating from a version from before v4.0.0, you must reinstall your game to properly uninstall the mod. You cannot install this mod on top of an old version.
You must start a new game after updating to this version. The mod has been substantially reworked.
There is a version setup for a manual installation. This version cannot be used with most other mods. It is not recommended. You cannot use this with the Community Patch. Your game will break
See the docs folder for more information.
Compatibility
Most mods should be compatible, unless they make major edits to the Endar Spire, Taris NPC dialogue, or Dantooine Jedi Training.
Fully compatible with KotOR 1 Community Patch. Install Jedi from the Start after. Fully compatible with Unofficial K1CP Tweak Pack. Do not install the "tar02_janice021.dlg" or "tar09_recept091.dlg" files from Persuade Fixes. They will remove my Force Persuade checks, and Jedi from the Start includes equivalent changes. Fully compatible with Restored Content for K1CP. Install Jedi from the Start after. Fully compatible with Taris Dueling Arena Adjustment. Fully compatible with JC's Jedi Tailor. Fully compatible with Carth's Republic Uniform and Flight Suit. SWToR Style Training Sabers will overwrite my changes to the Dantooine Lightsaber Training, but should not cause any issues. Not compatible with KotOR 1 Restoration. This mod is increasingly outdated. Use Restored Content for K1CP instead. Not compatible with Tutorial Remover. This mod includes its functionality. Not compatible with Trask Ulgo Without Tutorials. Not compatible with Recruit T3-M4 Early. This mod includes equivalent functionality. Not compatible with JC's Robe Adjustment. This mod includes most of its functionality. Recommended Mods
KotOR 1 Community Patch is strongly recommended. JC's Jedi Tailor is highly recommended. Thanks to JC for letting me include most of his Robe Adjustment mod. JC's Extra Saber Colors is highly recommended. You will be able to choose additional lightsaber color options when you create a character with this mod installed. Consular Sentinel Class Skill Swap (or KotOR 1 Community Patch which includes it) is recommended if you want the Sentinel class to be somewhat meaningful. Trask Ulgo Without Tutorials is recommended if you want a vanilla friendly tutorial remover instead. Special Thanks/Acknowledgements

Mandalorian Armor Fixes
By darthbdaman in Mods
This is a mirror. The main file can be found on Nexusmods. Updates will be found, and feedback should be directed, there.
Summary
This mod modifies the Mandalorian Armors found in KotOR, and fixes a few of the issues present. Most of these items were cut from the game, and this mod makes no attempt to restore them, however any mod that does will benefit from these fixes. There are 3 files in this mod, and each fixes a seperate issue.
First, the icon for Mandalorian Armor (cut from the game), doesn't resemble the armor at all. It looks like a modified version of Cassus Fett's armor, but the armor doesn't look like Cassus Fett's. It is also a Class 9 style armor icon (i.e. 9 defense, 0 dex bonus), but the Mandalorian Armor is a Class 8 armor (i.e. 8 defense, 1 dex bonus). Class 8 armor icons lack the large shoulders of Class 9 icons.
The icon for Mandalorian Battle Armor (found in various parts of the game) is fine, and resembles the armor, however it is in the style of Class 8 armor, and features very limited shoulders. I have moved this icon to the Class 8 Mandalorian Armor, and made a new icon for the Class 9 Mandalorian Battle Armor. This new icon is a merged and color matched version of the old Mandalorian Battle Armor icon, and the yellow Mandalorian Heavy Armor icon.
Lastly, the Mandalorian Assault Armor (found on the unknown world) now uses its intended appearance (which it also uses in KotOR 2). Normally in the game it is a disguise item, which makes the player into a standard blue Mandalorian. This doesn't make any sense considering it is supposed to be reserved for elite troopers.
Features
Mandalorian Assault Armor now uses its intended appearance, as seen in KotOR 2 Mandalorian Armor now uses the icon of Mandalorian Battle Armor, as it shared the design of the Class 8 armor icon Mandalorian Battle Armor has a new icon, composited from the Mandalorian Heavy Armor icon, and the old Mandalorian Battle Armor icon
Requirements & Compatibility
Put the 3 files in the Override This should be compatible with everything
Recommended Mods
Armor Accurate Mandalorians makes all the NPC Mandalorians use textures similar to the armors obtainable by the player Mandalorian Assault Armor Restoration is not compatible (this mod implements a similar change to the Assault Armor)

Consular Sentinel Class Skill Swap
By darthbdaman in Mods
This is a mirror. The main file can be found on Nexusmods. Updates will be found, and feedback should be directed, there.
Summary
This mod swaps the class skills for the Jedi Sentinel and Jedi Consular, giving the Sentinel the Computer Use, Demolitions and Repair Class skills, and removing them from the Consular.
It always bothered me that the Jedi Consular had 6 class skills, more than the Scoundrel or the Scout, while the Jedi Sentinel had 3, the same number as the Jedi Guardian. It was also highly inconsistent with the other design decisions made towards the Jedi classes, and inconsistent with KotOR 2. It always felt like a mistake.
Every other progression decision is based around the idea that the Guardian is the melee class, the Consular is the Force class, and the Sentinel is the Skill class. Feat gain, Skill gain, and Power Gain are all based around this. Guardians get more feats, while Consulars and Sentinels get the same number. Consulars get more powers, while Guardians and Sentinels get the same number. Sentinels get more skills, while Consulars and Guardians get the same number.
While I wouldn't classify this mod as a bugfix, it does fix an inconsistency within the game, that left the Sentinel as the least viable Jedi class, considering that skill progression is substantially less useful, especially in KotOR 1, than base attack, force saves, feat gain, and power gain, all of which it lags behind both other classes in. This makes the Sentinel somewhat more viable as a class, especially for skill focused runs, and makes the Jedi Consular slightly less effective, considering it already has a lot going for it, due to the increased number of force power and better saving throws.
Features
Swaps the Class Skills of the Jedi Consular and Sentinel
