This is a mod to shorten the collar of Bastila's clothes. I think it makes her look less stuffy and more relaxed. 🙂 When used in conjunction with a 'Bastila Clothes for PC' mod, this will prevent the neck clipping which is sometimes seen when using a custom head/body. Installation: Copy the desired files into your Override folder. Bugs: This mod isn't compatible with any other mods that change the default clothes for the female PC or Bastila. I did my best to line up the vertices but there may be the occasional slip. Credits: -BioWare for the best SW game ever. -Fred Tetra for KotorTool. -Modified in Blender. Terms of Use: Please do not claim this mod as your own, or upload to any other site! Otherwise you may use this mod in any of your files with credit. 2. Works perfectly Effix, thanks!! I'll edit the readme files and re-upload. ^-^
  3. This is true. You can equip the same gender companions, but yes there is a limit to what it can do because the outfit is more formfitting. It will still work on another gender, the texture will just look a little funky. Any help would be appreciated!
  4. It took quite a bit of debugging to figure that out let me tell you! Lol I figured it's not too difficult for a player to just copy the files of the gender they're playing at the time, they're all there. And re-copy if they decide to switch genders later. If someone wants to create a TSL Patcher fix I will gladly include it. ^-^
  5. View File Gold Jedi Star Forge Robes Have you ever wished that the Star Forge Robes were more like the jedi robes you have been wearing throughout the game? This mod will replace the standard Star Forge Robes with the gold robes that are seen being worn by some of the jedi around the enclave and in cutscenes. Custom icon included! Solid black versions will replace Revan's Robes. Installation: Run The TSL Patcher. Bugs: Because the default Star Forge/Revan Robes use the male texture for both male and female PCs, the TSL Patcher fixes this by giving the female PC her own texture. However this will not work if you use a female PC mod with a custom body model. I have included the files for the female PC in this case, just copy them into your Override folder after you run the patcher. They will only be usable by the PC and female companions (you can still put them on males, they will just look odd). Credits: -BioWare for the best SW game ever. -Kainzorus Prime for kindly letting me use his jedi robes. -Effix for being awesome and writing the TSL Patcher! ^-^ Terms of Use: Please do not claim this mod as your own, or upload to any other site! 7. Someday I would love to try adding to the mod by giving the two a last romantic moment together before the station explodes The ending seems so abrupt, but otherwise it's my favourite ending ^-^ Edit: I created a mod for it! ❤️
  8. Decided to dabble in Blender and fixed it! By shortening the collar - removing the top set of vertices, then slowly moving the others up so it connected with the rest of the neck - I was able to eliminate the neck clipping! I'll be posting it as a mod soon! (as well as a tutorial for newbies like me). ^-^
  9. Ah! I should have used Blender from the start, SO much easier to work with! And the resulting mdl didn't have anything funky happen with it. I guess this will be my method from now on. Thanks @Sith Holocron! ^-^ PS: I'll be posting a tutorial soon for newbies like me. Question - Is there a way to mark a help topic/mod request as solved/complete?
  10. Better picture of the clipping. After playing around in KotorMax for a while I discovered Bastila doesn't have a 'collar' like the armours do, it's all part of her outfit (torso), so that may be trickier to fix...
Fantastic! As a LSider who wants to play the DS ending I'm too dark for the Star Forge robes and not dark enough to generate the Revan ones lol. This worked perfectly! You need to have the mod in place before you get the item, for future notice
  11. Sorry, I guess the Star Forge has terrible lighting eh? Who designed that place? I have the contrast turned way up on my monitor lol. I feel like I'm making a rookie mistake, I'm just not sure what it is... ^-^ This is literally my first time modeling so any advice would be appreciated! Here's headless Bastila (no animation in her torso piece at all and visibly disconnected) And skii-boots Bastila Basti as she's exported from the tool is perfectly fine. It's only after importing/exporting using Kotormax that she gets funky. Would KotorBlender be better to try? Also a better picture of the neck clipping I'm trying to fix.
  12. Hi all! So in an effort to fix Bastila's collar (open mod request), I decided to dive into the world of model editing. I downloaded all the tools, GMax, KotorMax, all is good. I played around a bit and made a fair few goofups (who knew that 'Convert to Dummy' deleted the part you were working on, whoops!) In any case, it seems that Bastila doesn't have a 'collar' like the armours do, it's all part of her outfit. So I load up Bastila, convert to editable mesh, tweak the vertices, export. Convert, voila. This is what I get. Floating head and arms, no animations on the body/feet. I thought it was something I did so I imported Bastila and tweaked one teensy vertex. Same issue. If I just import and export Bastila with no changes, she has skii-boots. The original model is perfectly fine (except for the neck clipping I'm trying to fix). So is there a disconnect somewhere? Some scaling issue? Do I need to merge the objects together or something? I'm at a loss. LadyTevish Original
  13. Hi! Looking to use Bastila's clothes for PC and I tried Redhawke's Bastila Clothes for PC 1.0.0, but the collar has the same issue as the default female armours. Would someone be able to apply the same fix to Bastila's mdl as the Female Armours Collar Fix? Thanks! LadyTevish
  14. Hi!! This mod is fantastic! I was wondering if you could create a fix for Bastila's clothing? I tried Redhawke's Bastila Clothes for PC 1.0.0, but the collar has the same issue. Thanks!!
  15. SWEET MOTHER OF BUNNIES I got it working!! So it seems the issue is that - for whatever reason - while the Female versions of the mdl/mdx worked, it was looking for the Male texture which didn't match. So I renamed the Female texture to PMBJ02.tga and it works! (I'm assuming the Male texture would have to be used for male MCs). Man oh man lol. I'd still like a little advice on how to make it a regular option for a future game (without replacing an existing colour, I know how to do that). Success! ^-^ LadyTevish ------- Original request: Hi! I absolutely love downloading mods for my game, and I've even started tweaking a few things myself. But I seem to have hit a snag. I downloaded the gold robes from @Kainzorus Prime's K1 Jedi Robes Replacement Pack (as Don Kain) hoping I could rename the files and use that as my Star Forge robes (See picture). It's close but it's not quite right. What am I missing? I was also wondering how one would add these robes as an option for the rest of the game while not replacing any existing jedi coloured outfits. I've downloaded a few mods with new items (such as Yuthura's Gift in the Yuthura Ban recruitment mod) but I'm not sure how to go about it myself. Thanks! PS: though these robes are not an option for a player in the base game, any chance they might have an icon I could use? ^-^ This is what I get (left)
  16. That worked perfectly, thank you! No, unfortunately I'm not using K1CP, I'm afraid it would be incompatible with the other mods I downloaded quite some time ago, and I don't want to mess with Steam's default install directory. But this should do the trick. Again, thanks for this mod! There aren't many new heads for the Kotor1 lady. ^-^
  17. Hi! I'm playing as a scout, currently wearing the Light Body Armor (it does this during conversations too). If I wear the Heavy Combat Suit it doesn't do that, so I guess it has to do with the height of the collar?
  18. I absolutely love this mod! <3 But I noticed when she is running/walking, the back of her neck seems to overlap with the collar of her shirt. Is there any way to fix this? I'm comfortable editing mdl files but at a cursory glance couldn't see any big differences between her neck geometry and one from the game. Thanks! ^-^
