Disney is going to do whatever makes them the most money. I don't think the passionate Star Wars fans like us are really the majority anymore. Much easier to woo and make new generations of fans. Maybe a boycott would work, but for every disappointed fan, there is one that loves it and plenty more to woo. I think the real nail in the coffin for Star Wars isn't going to come from passionate fans - it's going to come from over-saturation and the general populace getting tired of it. The same thing is already sort of happening to Marvel, but I think they generally manage to stay afloat by jumping to different genres. Star Wars, I feel doesn't have that same flexibility. You can't change it too much because at some point it ceases to be Star Wars and then starts being one of those really generic, near-future, dystopian YA novel movie adaptations.

Most people use Fraps or Bandicam. Although if you have Windows 10, I believe you can use the built-in one (Win + Alt + R). I have a built-in Nvidia one included with my laptop that I use. Another option is OBS (https://obsproject.com/) which a lot of people use for streaming, but I think it also has recording capabilites

I think that will work, thing is it will apply the additive blending to the cm_texture itself. I think I've tried it before, but I don't remember what the result was.

I don't think just because Rian Johnson likes something that it's going to suck. However, this does seem to be one of those "argument from authority" endorsements, which of course have mixed results in the past (mostly bad though). I have about as much hope as I did before - that it might be entertaining and I'll get my Daenerys Targaryen fix for the year

Certainly something I could try. It will be a bit more difficult though since it's a male twi'lek head. In general, I feel like the male twi'lek heads should be remodeled so they look less like The Hills Have Eyes I mean seriously look at this guy For all its faults, I think SWTOR got the male twi'lek design correct, so this is what I'd be aiming for. Any other family members? I know Dustil and Carth already look pretty similar, but I can't think of any others.

All good points about the uniqueness. And yeah the Sith Purebloods would be out of place generally speaking, but it would still be cool to sneak one in as a Korriban statue

I'm working on a mod to make Bastila's mother, Helena, actually look like her daughter. The original is generic red-haired old lady jedi I know, they totally look alike Anyways, the idea was to reinforce that family relation, so I basically took Bastila's base head, added wrinkles, made a few model tweaks, and changed the hair. So this is probably better, right? And here's a video if you need a better reference I need some ideas on what clothing to give her. My inclination was to give her one of the N_CommF variants, but wasn't sure.

Personally speaking, I think we'd do well to get some of the more humanoid aliens in-game (I realize these are not on your list, sorry Lucy, I'm spitballing here) Arkanian/Echani Nautolan Togruta Zabrak Rattataki Miraluka Zeltron (like Luxa) More varied Twi'lek heads, maybe ones that are not from The Hills Have Eyes? Whatever Plo Koon is Moar Sith Pure bloods pls Ki Adi "What about the droid attack on the Wookiees" Mundi A lot of these are human-like, which I guess works pretty well in terms of varying styles. You can just plop the head on a different body, and of course you can recolor each head

As everyone has done, I've thought here and there about what my Kotor 3 would look like. The general thoughts I've had go like this: - Atton would once again be a main party member Due to Kreia's end-game comments of being a fool and his future is unknown, I always felt like he would play some key role in the final chapter. I imagined him flying around in the Ebon Hawk and kind of reluctantly working with HK-47 and T3-M4 - The beginning of the game would start with an all out True Sith assault To mirror the first Kotor, I always thought that it would make the most sense to open up the third with a giant bang. You are a soldier/scout/scoundrel at a remote outer rim outpost and the Sith attack the outpost, and you narrowly escape when Atton, HK and T3 swoop in to save you. - At least part of the game would involve going into the Outer Regions I can't remember the specific details that I thought up about this part, but a big theme of the game would be using the mind tricks and jedi killing techniques that you learned in Kotor 2. Overwhelming numbers, secrecy, playing Pazaak in your head. Beyond that, I can't really remember what else... I must have had other ideas, but they must not have held much water. Also, depending on some of the endings, I suppose some of these plot points become contradictory or nonsensical.

I want to test out a mod that changes Bastila's mother's appearance. If anyone has a save, I would be very thankful. God bless
