    The problem with most KOTOR 3 mods is that they're all mainly ideas and concepts and hardly any content or structure to back up these ideas.

      Well, assuming we were to lay out a plan on the basis of cobbling together existing assets along with other mod materials, I would imagine tht would be very necessary. :)
