2 pointsBeen a while since I posted, but my NPC Overhaul for K1 is coming along. Here is a new updated look for Yuthura Ban, with Dark Hope's texture for her head and oldflash's Sith/Jedi robe texture for her robe. Let me know what you guys think.

1 pointBeen a while but I have resumed work on my NPC enhancement mod for Kotor 1. I recently figured out how to port the models for DeadMan's Movie-Style Mandalorians into K1 so I will be releasing a mod for this at some point in addition to other things

1 pointHi everyone, Here is a quick pic of a new Corellian beast, which will be found in the jungles on Corellia. Image is attached All thanks to Redrob41 art skills. With the topic of Upscaling textures, ...I know Redrob41 has been doing some and some of the new characters which might be upscaled vs the vanilla. I will need to touch base with him on the topic of how much will be upscaled. If we do Upscale all textures for RoR there will be a discussion on wither it will be part of the initial final game/mod or as a separate optional texture mod. I don't want to show you to much so we can surprise you all. We are plugging away at the mod with updates to the build every week. Logan23

1 pointThis might be my personal opinion, but unless you intend to use Dark Hope's texture in your mod then you probably shouldn't use it in your preview screenshots. It'll seem misleading to the players and while it does sound stupid I assure you there are definitely players who would assume Dark Hope's texture is included in your mod based on nothing but your screenshot. If you are INDEED planning on using Dark Hope's texture, might I ask why? It'll look silly to include a 4K head texture for a single NPC when the goal of your mod is to "Overhaul" the already existing NPCs in the game. You'd either have to give other NPCs 4K heads of similar quality or stick to not having a Yuthura head texture in the mod (You could always recommend player's use Dark Hope's mod without including it in the package). And for her robe, did you get permission from OldFlash to use the texture? OldFlash disappeared years ago and there (at least to my knowledge) is not way to contact him, did their mod something written in their readme which states modder's can use this texture in their own mods as long as credit is given?

This mod adds 3 custom Revan items (with history description). ALL upgradeable!! -Revan's Robes (in-game model with cape and hood), -a single blade lightsaber -and a double-bladed lightsaber. PLUS, contains 3 different choices on where to find them (for those who don't like to use the console), complete with an in-game datapad to explain why you found them there. PLEASE read the included readme file on instructions. ALSO, if you choose to use a placeable, it may be necessary to add all 3 items to your override. Otherwise you may get a 'null grenade' (or crash). I tried not to make these uber-items, but some of the bonuses can be avoided by not upgrading. That and since it was my first mod, I couldn't resist. Most can be explained with the histories of the items, or by Revan's story itself (in-game). Afterall, anything is possible in StarWars... USAGE: At the console (cheats must be enabled) type: giveitem g_w_lghtsbr25 - Revan's Lightsaber giveitem g_w_dblsbr025 - Revan's Double-Bladed Lightsaber giveitem revan_mod_robes - Revan's Robes ++IMPORTANT++ The zip file also contains placeables considering where you would like to find the items in game (for those who don't want to use the console). Just extract the contents of the particular placeable (location) files into your Override directory. ONLY CHOOSE 1 OF THE 3 PLACEABLES, otherwise you'll wind up with 3 complete sets! ALSO, if you choose to use a placeable, it may be necessary to add all 3 items to your override. Otherwise you may get a 'null grenade' (or crash). Contains placeables for: Taris Undercity - Sith corpse where you find the Rakghoul serum Taris Sith Base - Strongbox where you fight the Governor Dantooine Ruins - On Nemo Be sure to read the datapads (in-game) for the explanations of why you found the items there. -

Right now, it only works for the N_DarthRevan model, and not the maskless robes. The animations have been a painful process, as I had to animate frame by frame. For your convienence, I also included a disguise for Revan. Have a ball. WARNING: Do not use any other mods that alter n_darthrevan.mdl/n_darthrevan.mdx as they will over write this mod.
