All Jedi Council members from both Kotor I & II--Vandar Tokare, Vrook Lamar, Dorak, Zhar Lestin, Atris, Lonna Vash, Kavar, and Zez-Kai Ell--will now appear in the Jedi Enclave on Dantooine and have overhauled HD appearances although the added members are simply there as passive observers (currently working on porting the voice files for the additional council members). Credit for the textures goes to Astor_Kaine, Dark Hope, Ashton Scorpius (will probably just recommend Ashton's male twilek overhaul rather than include it directly), jonathan7, and Effix

    Version 5.2

In an attempt to salvage some material from the now defunct SW:KotOR Upgrade project, I have decided to share this modification with the community. This file is meant to replace the original dialog.tlk that comes with the original game. It is meant to be used exclusively with the English version of the game. It is technically compatible with every other modification that alter this same file by patching it, provided this is installed first. Two versions are offered: one that includes only corrections and a revised one that includes most of the changes found in the PC Response Moderation modification by Kainzorus Prime. Enjoy!

Greetings everyone, My name is EAF97 and I have an exciting new and upcoming mod for those who wish to enhance the appearance of Kotor I in particular. I have taken the liberty to remedy the dreaded "clone effect" for many of the interactive NPCs which players meet in the game and am replacing many of the heads of these NPCs with Playable character heads from the game itself, as well as with PC heads which I have ported in along with some more minor but unique NPC heads from Kotor II and finally some custom-designed heads (with permission from their designers) as well in order to create more variety in the appearance for NPCs. Those who you don't talk to will still retain their generic appearance, but most conversational NPCs will indeed have more distinct appearances. This is what I have created so far and I am looking forward to releasing this project hopefully within the month. A big shoutout to any modders who agreed to allow me to use their work in this endeavor, especially to Effix for the great deal of advice and for Dark Hope in allowing me to use some amazing custom skins and textures and for the others who will be credited for allowing me to use their custom heads and skins.

After much work and planning, I've decided to include the character known as Vima Sunrider, the daughter of Nomi Sunrider, from the Star Wars Legends comics in my NPC Overhaul mod where she will make a brief cameo. Based on the year of her birth and the year in which Kotor I takes place that Wookieepedia provides, she'd be about 44-45 by this time. She was initially supposed to appear as a companion in the game but was instead replaced by Bastila and to some extent Juhani as well. Her robe is customized using the Mandalorian Wars robe template from the BOSSR mod and I colored her hair to make her look roughly in her age range.

Phew! New Twi'lek pack uploaded, pending approval, another happy landing. Possibly my most time consuming mod ever. It's silly how much work producing nice screenshots was. On to something else

Doing my first modded playthrough of K1 in 5 years. Figuring out compatibility of mods is a nightmare these days, never any clear answers...

IMPORTANT NOTE: For XnView 2.50 (AKA XnView Classic) users, there's no "Viewer" option in the File menu, so the process is different. Here are the steps to follow in that version 1. Open XnView (not necessarily opening one of the .tga files) 2. Go to the Tools menu, and from there click directly on Batch Processing 3. Click Add, navigate to the "Harbinger Part 2 - XnView" directory, select all files in said directory, add them with the Add button, and click OK. 4. Set the output folder to [TSL Directory]\Override, set the output filetype to .tga, and set "Overwrite files" to either "Ask" or "Replace" 5. Click on Go Edit: And now a question. Both this and your own Telos reskin use CM_Baremetal.txi Should this be overwritten, or should it be skipped?

Was excited about the remake the first time it announced -- I mean, a remake that means higher-fidelity and that stuff. Then I remember there's still the original that stand still even after all this time. Much better, we have the engine that is modding-friendly as well is the mods! Granted, that's coming more from modding standpoint. From gaming experience PoV -- I believe true awesomeness of a journey only happened once -- and I'm glad I had enjoy it to the most, and not looking to replace/redo it with a copy. Probably I'll be truly excited about KotOR III... 😛 P.S. To be fair I'm not going to like if in the end they change the direction of the original story and/or retcon things that's already there. If they want to do that why they don't go with a sequel in the first place?
