As the download section is becoming larger, I think it is necessary to have sub-divisions, a la kfiles, in the file organization. -Restored content -Added Content -Items, Robes As it is now, it's a pain to have RCM or the influence system in the same category as "Darth Maul PC Head"

Are you sure you want to delve into that?

Good to have you back! or, جيد أن يكون لك مرة أخرى! if google translate can be trusted....You know, if you keep this pace up you could replace google as translator.

Working Class Hero replied to ttlan's topic in TSLRCM
You do know that this is mostly a modding forum, yes? While I don't agree with all of ttlan's conclusions, I certainly appreciate the staggering amount of time SHe has spent researching the game files and giving me some greater understanding of the game. (and some modding ideas) -
Did you make it so that T3 finds and keeps the items he gets during the prologue...or has that already been done and i just don't pay attention?

So you're saying that that Ananias and Sapphira decided to be excommunicated from society in order to gain praise from a loony pseudo-jewish sect? Do you really not understand the story? The point is that the apostles had appointed themselves god's terrestrial distributors of wealth, as you admitted. So Ananias and Sapphira sold their own possessions and donated to this cult, yet god was supposedly pissed because they kept some for themselves, so "god" kills them....even if you want to pretend that god killed them for only lying, does it seem an appropriate response? Killing them after they had donated to this unpopular cult? How is this different than any other intolerant and pseudo-fascist doctrine in history? You people seem to take delight in not thinking about anything that might possibly depart from your book of ancient fairy tales.

I can't read any comments in the status updates and the reply editor no longer has tagging buttons. (quote, smiles. etc)

Einstein was an atheist and never said that outside involvement created the universe. Newton did believe in god....and he also thought alchemy was real. He also refused to publish most of his work while he was alive because he was afraid the catholic (christian) church would go after him. While most of your statements were intellectually insulting, that one I couldn't let go unopposed.

I'm starting a thread because it's annoying to have a discussion like this in the update section. This simply isn't true, evolution cannot be used to explain the origins of the universe, it can only explain how life developed once the universe had already formed. Atheists have many different hypotheses on how the universe formed, from spontaneous combustion to the universe never having a beginning, being only an endless series of contraction and expansion. Definitively stating that atheism has only one idea on the origins of the universe is just wrong. People who think they know the will of god have been the most violent and resistant to education in human history. It will be impossible for humanity to progress further as long as there are people who think god wants them to throw acid at women who won't marry them. If I say there's a microscopic teapot orbiting Jupiter that sends thoughts into our minds and you don't think that exists, are you then part of an anti-teapotist religion?

Alright then, I retract my argument.

It's a mod that restores M4-78. What other description do you want?

No, you're just assuming that everyone has the same standards that you do. The BIK is supposed to represent a flashback, a departure from the present. The BIK more clearly demonstrates that and is much more fluid and dynamic than the choppy in-game version. Oh, one more thing: why is this even being considered for inclusion in RCM? This isn't a restoration whatsoever, nor a bug fix.
