Do you still need testers? I have finally got TSL working on my Windows 7 and would be willing to participate.

I like the second version of the Tobin scene better, but it needs a few improvements. {General} Tobin should not have a gun. It is massive and gets in the way. {General} The camera angles make it obvious that he is not touching his throat {00:08 - 00:10} The camera should focus on Tobin before he starts saying "Lord I... bring..." (It is very weird and it seems like Nihilus is going to start talking otherwise ) {00:16 - 00:25} Tobin should stop choking before Nihilus walks forward and then Tobin should drop to his hands and knees instead of being raised in the air {00:40 - 00:46} Nihilus should not walk forward, he should simply turn around. Tobin should get up and walk away after Nihilus turns around.

So the party versus Kreia fight would be player controlled even though it affects the fates of multiple party members because Kreia is an unquestionable antagonist? Interesting. I'll have to play it before I decide how I like player controlled fights. I hope they are not extremely difficult. With fights where you have to win to advance the story, extreme difficulty is not a good thing. It is fine with fights where you can lose. Which fights will you be able to lose and still continue?

So where did you guys get to on the issue of player controls. We had a giant debate about it a year ago but what did you decide?

Did anyone ever check if you could use a script to check the players name and do a true/false to change the dialogue

Since I am pretty sure you can't have a script check for a players name, I said no because I never play a female.

How will you install this? I personally think that you should have an installer which renames your original override to something else and your opening movie to something else for you. OT: 100 posts
