I've always thought the original Twin Sun (the Twi'Lek bounty hunters you encounter on Nar Shadaa) looked featureless and bland. Over time, I've requested to various skinners that they do something to improve their appearance, but sometimes they told me they did not know what to do, or other times, their work just weren't looking good enough to me, unfortunately. I've had an idea to make them look better: make the Twin Suns to have a skin that looks a bit like that of the Asari, some aliens from BioWare franchise Mass Effect. I've spoke of my idea to a few skinners, but they seemed disinclined to make-it happen, that's why I decided to create this reskin mod. Poured at least 24 hours in this, spread over a few months. ----------- Thanks: ----------- I have had a few problems and a lot of help was given to me: thanks to Malkior, SelfInducedComa and Rtas Vadum for their general helpfulness. Thanks W4rb1rd for reminding me of the "Lekku" term . Thank you Quanon for your UVW mapping. It has been an invaluable tool to make this mod possible and it has reduce the amount of work I've had to do by half! Thanks to LDR for your support and for giving me the proper way to test rapidly the changes I've made (changing npc appearance). It has saved me some time, compared to my initial way, which had me go through long cutscenes! Yeah, the regular ones weren't the same color, but here goes: I've submitted my mod and I've added a note inside: anyone that want the pink one to be blue, just needs to ask for my psd, grab themselves a copy of photoshop or whatever else can modify without breaking psd's and remove the pinking/purpleing layer to revert-it to blue state. If there's enough demand, I'll upload an alternate version!

Okay, not sure I'm going to keep this shoulder unfinished, but to me, it looks good enough for a release. The thing is I'm pretty sure (out of experience) that my own computer can't support adding shine because of its crappy graphic card. Which will make-it pretty much impossible to test and get right, since all I'll see through the shoulder. The rest looks pretty good to me, though, and even if it will not win contests of any kind, in my opinion, it is a major overhaul to the Twin Suns. Time for final screenshots. Been trying to find a way to upload this without using a hundred posts. Be sure to install as an administrator, if that isn't the case. Also, some files might be stuck at read-only, so if you can change that' that's going to help too.

Haven't worked on the shine yet. In fact, I have not worked on a lot since I last posted, but here's what I've got: I've changed the Lekku model once again for AssB. Tweaked the pupil a bit, tweaked the neck. Still have to work on that shoulder, but I'm keeping this for later. Until then, I've worked on AssA. Original color is blue, but I figured one of em' should be pink or green. Decided on pink to remind a bit of Aria (and yeah, I know she is more purple than pink...)

Well . . . for me, the only way was to get a save from before entering, yes. But at least, you aren't starting from scratch. This is why you must save more often... -

Yes, exactly. I reported-it to Kain and asked others to confirm they had the issue, but nobody else did at the time. Now that we can confirm the bug happened for 3 different persons, maybe it will motivate him further to find a fix. -

Yup, it's NPC Overhaul. Find your backup of "302NAR.mod" and drop-it back into the override. Then load a save from before the first time you entered the refugee sector area. I'm actually glad someone else than me had that problem... -

Also, I'm not sure I saw any mention of this, but should we install the community saber mod first, or yours? And does the mod work as a stand alone mod too? Does it need VP's mod? Does it need TSL RCM 1.8.3?

Lol at this. By the way, I never understood myself why he wanted to flip things. I personnally lost a bit of interest in Xarwarz mods when he started to produce his textures in .dds instead of .tga and the fact that some of them needed to be flipped though it always was unclear to me which. Would be less of a hassle to download a few MO's extra and have no extra steps.
