      sad thing is if the company that offers the app is big enough, they might try to sue you for infringment even if you had the handle first. which i think it idiotic. so hopefully they never find your youtube videos or make a big deal of it.

    For the first time in forever I actually played some video games on the weekend. Now I feel like a slacker

Spent most of the weekend playing XCOM: Enemies Within (Saturday went to several failed attempts at Classic Difficulty), and I kept looking over my shoulder and waiting for my Uncle to mumble and grumble about me being lazy (which is not within his character, which shows how paranoid I was being)...

      @FS I love Xcom but I have no time to play it right now (at least if I actually want to get any videos made) so I havent even touched the new one yet. I did see someone on YT named a character after me randomly in their let's play.

    A few people have been mentioning that Aperion has permission from Disney? Anyone have a source on this if true? I have my doubts

      @Xuul It seems they've changed their site, when I first visited under the heading "is it legal?" I swear it said they had permission from disney...

      They never said that on their site, they simply said something along the lines of "this is legal since we aren't charging money for it" - they since reworded that section to say "Is this legal?" "WE BELIEVE SO"

      If they wanted to be legit about it, they should have contacted Disney/Lucasfilm before putting anything close to the statement "WE BELIEVE SO" on their website. That looks so sketchy.
