    @Darth Imperitus What Arson has stated right here is exactly why it was taken down! In my quest for K1R compatibility I decided it was best to make the mod compatible with the K1 Community Patch instead as many, many players requested I add the bug fixes from that mod. However, K1R and K1CP all had the same problem... it was far easier to start again and build the mod from the ground up with my improved 2022 modding knowledge to present a far better mod experience. And here's the best part... it's not cancelled! The K1GI mod will live on in the form of various smaller mods which can work with or without each other and will be compatible with the K1CP mod (And probably K1R as well). I am on the verge of publishing a Czerka NPC Overhaul which will add K1GI's Czerka content + new Czerka content into a standalone mod which is again compatible with K1CP and most other popular mods. I can also confirm that similar "NPC Overhaul" mods with different themes are also in the making!

DESCRIPTION: This mod changes the KotOR 1 NPC Xor's appearance by making him a human with a unique look to make him different from other human NPCs. This mod is a successor to my Human Xor Restoration mod, which restores Xor's original appearance as a human in the Xbox version of KotOR 1. Human Xor Restoration has been included in the KotOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP) with my permission. I make mods to make Xor a human, because I have always found it jarring that Xor openly makes anti-alien comments despite being a nonhuman himself ("You Jedi act all prim and proper, but inside you must feel the same way I do about the lesser, nonhuman species"), not to mention later I found out that Xor was actually a human in the Xbox version of KotOR. I change Xor into a human, so it would be consistent with his in-game dialogue and anti-alien nature. Human Xor Unique Look not only changes Xor into a human, but also make him have a unique look instead of a generic NPC look like his appearance in the Xbox version of KotOR 1 and Human Xor Restoration. Therefore, this mod is for players who believe it makes more sense for Xor to be a human, while also want Xor to have a unique look to stand out from the other human NPCs. I made this unique look of Xor by utilizing some assets from SpaceAlex's K1 Enhancement Pack modder's resource. The pack contains a redesign for Xor, but I decided to create my own redesign of Xor, by reskinning one of the NPC textures from SpaceAlex's pack and using the male commoner head as the base for Xor's head model. 2. INSTALLATION: Extract the Human Xor Unique Look.zip you downloaded to anywhere you like, as long as it is not within the KotOR directory. Run Install.exe, point the installer to your KotOR directory, where swkotor.exe is located, and let the installer do its job. I also provide am upscaled version of the texture as an optional installation. After installing the main part of this mod, go to the "Optional - Upscaled Texture" folder, drop the files into the Override folder in your directory and overwrite N_XorMiddlH.tpc when prompted. NOTE: When you install this mod, a new folder named "backup" may be created by the installer in the same folder as the installer. Do not delete the folder or the file within the folder if you are planning on uninstalling this mod. 3. UNINSTALLATION: If no backup folder was created when you installed this mod, go to the Override folder in your KotOR directory, and delete the following files: appearance.2da heads.2da g_xor.utc kas_xor1.utc N_XorMiddlH.mdl N_XorMiddlH.mdx N_XorMiddlH.tpc If a backup folder was created when you installed this mod, go to the backup folder, cut and paste any files from the folder and paste the file in the Override folder in your KotOR directory, then delete the rest of the aforementioned files that did not have a backup copy. 4. KNOWN ISSUES: None currently known. If you find any bugs or problems, please let me know. 5. MOD COMPATIBILITY: This mod is not compatible with any other mods that change or modify Xor's head. If you want to use KotOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP) along with this mod, you must install this mod after K1CP to override K1CP's restoration of Xor's Xbox appearance. This mod is compatible with KotOR 1 Restoration (K1R). 6. PERMISSION: You may use this mod as you see fit, including showing it in screenshots or making it compatible with your mod. However, both SpaceAlex and I should be creadited accordingly, with SpaceAlex being credited for the original assets from K1 Enhancement Pack.     Why was this mod removed? It was one of my favorites. Some of the changes are truly ingenious and gave the game a breath of fresh air. I was looking forward to future updates and compatibility with K1R. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the mod's override folder and was hoping I could redownload it.

    Pretty Good! Icons for KotOR 1.0 by ajdrenter Description: This is a complete set of vanilla equipment icons for high resolution UI scaled configurations. Future updates will include mod specific icons. This mod is intended to be used with "KotOR High Resolution Menus" by ndix UR. The goal of this mod is not to fix any consistency issues or design oversights of Bioware's icons, rather it is to replace them as seamlessly and accurately as possible. Installation: Just drag and drop either the tpc OR tga files to your override. I recommend the tga version for maximum compatibility, as you may want to mix and match with other mods. Credits: Darth Tomer, SpaceAlex, and ebmar for "Three-tiered Dark Jedi Robe". A couple skins from this mod were used to more closely match the vanilla icons. Bioware and Lucasarts for all original assets. Thanks to the whole community for such a wonderful wealth of content over the years. Usage: You may use this mod for any non commercial use and without contacting me as long as you give me credit for my assets.

    HD PC Portraits for Knights of the Old Republic v1.0 - 20190909 by ndix UR (DeadlyStream user) This modification adds high resolution (1K) portrait images for player characters (PCs). All 30 male and female vanilla player characters are provided, with all 5 light-dark variants, for a total of 150 new portraits. The 1K portraits have 256x the resolution of the 64x64 originals. The portraits are rendered to match the poses, colors, facial expressions, and lighting of the original images as closely as possible given the following constraints: Only vanilla textures (and my own additional maps based on same) are used A couple face textures had the eye in the wrong place and had to be fixed I reduced the number of background gradients to a set of 4 standards. The originals are all over the place in terms of the gradients and I didn't have time to replicate every one. An effort was made to match each individual set of portraits to its appropriate set of background gradients. While the textures are mostly crap, most of the work was in material setup using a modern rendering engine, so even the vanilla textures still wind up looking much better than they have any right to. This is because of real lights, shading, and materials, of which the original diffuse textures are only a part. I didn't really redo geometry, beyond appropriate use of subdivision surface modifiers. See the included images in preview/ for an idea of how the portraits look. INSTALL / UNINSTALL To install, copy the files from the package Override/ folder to the Override/ folder for your KOTOR game installation. To uninstall, remove the TPC files for this package from your KOTOR game Override/ folder.     Either it's cancelled, or they removed to make way for a more polished version. It wasn't perfect, (hell it was damn-near unplayable in some areas) but it'd still be a major shame if it was cancelled, as there are still a lot of things I liked about it 😕
