1 pointYes, you will have to rename the base as well or else you will run into issues with sabers occasionally having the wrong color, as well as an annoying error log.

1 pointI regret to inform the community that the Loot-Immersion Upgrade is in its final build, no further work or updates are planned. It is because it is a large mod that I cannot test anymore. I have created links to patches/alternate versions in the main download page for the final version, c.03.

1 pointIn the same fashion perhaps. They might try to play it out with the original class mechanics and/or storyline like it was back in 2011, before things were messed up with all those "innovations" (since that's exactly the part of "Vanilla/Legacy" conception).

1 pointI really enjoyed fighting Nihilus and Sion, but didn't notice much of a difference when fighting Kreia. I was using InSidious's gameplay rework mod at the time, though, so that surely affected some things. As an idea, what would you think of also upgrading Atris to be a more of a Jedi historian thematic threat? Maybe like a Jedi Guardian/Jedi Master cross class type combo where she has good melee and solid force resistance. She went down so fast that it was extremely underwhelming in comparison with Sion and Nihilus. A simple HP boost with more varied force power usage would be much welcome. Beyond the scope of this mod, you could also upgrade the Jedi Masters to be more thematic and thereby challenging, but that's a different concept altogether. I just really enjoyed the two aforementioned fights and would love to see something like that with your eye for balance and design. Kavar is solid as a Jedi Guardian/ Weapon Master, but ZeZ could be like a Jedi Sentinel/ Watchmen, with Vrook as a Guardian/Jedi Master with more of a focus on protective powers. Thanks for the great work!

KOTORmax is a plugin for 3ds Max and Gmax that allows importing and exporting of ascii model files for KOTOR and KOTOR2. KOTORmax is directly extended from NWmax by Joco. How do I set it up? Open the .zip archive, the instructions are in the readme file. How do I use it? Check for tutorials in the Tutorials Section. A lot of the basic functionality is exactly the same as with NWmax, so most of the tutorials should help you with using KOTORmax. As for the new functionality, it is now up to the community to create new tutorials for it. KOTORmax was designed to be used with MDLedit and the new version of MDLOps by ndix UR. Using the ascii model files that it produces with an older version of MDLOps will cause data to be ignored in the best case and a crash in the worst. What's different from NWmax? – Support for all known properties of the Odyssey MDL Format. All NWN functionality that is irrelevant for the KOTOR games removed. – Ambient texture (lightmap) import/export. Experimentally also vertex colors as well as texture0 and texture1 UV coordinate import/export. – Support for bezier animation controllers. – Lightsaber mesh object. – New Anim Editor, Key Ops, Constraint Editor, Visibility Editor, Roomlink Editor and improved Anim Mapper. – LYT and VIS file Import and Export. – Game smoothing preview. – Sanity check now adapated to KOTOR models. ... and much more! Max crashed/froze/reported a weird error! Describe your issue in the relevant thread (link to be added) and I will look into it. Please explain in detail exactly what you were doing when the error occurred. Also include any relevant files in your post. Thanks A big thank you goes out to ndix UR, without whom KOTORmax wouldn't even exist. A big thanks also to Joco for allowing me to build on NWmax and release it as KOTORmax. I would also like to thank the testers, both for their patience when I was dealing with very persistent bugs and for all the suggestions that helped make KOTORmax what it is now: – DarthParametric – JCarter426 – Quanon – VarsityPuppet Lastly I'd like to thank the KOTOR modding community, which makes taking the time to make such a tool worth it. -

This mod does several things: It makes all texture variations of the commoner clothing available to the player, with all the items - 11 total outfits - placed in various locations throughout the game. I've placed them where those outfits seemed to be the most popular, so if you see an NPC wearing an outfit you haven't seen before, the item can probably be found nearby. It changes which clothing item the player receives on Telos, based on class as seen in the character creation menu. Only the first clothing item the player receives will be based on their class; players of all classes will still be able to find the other variants elsewhere in the game. It adds a male variant of the Czerka uniform to match the existing female texture. For whatever reason there wasn't a male variant, so I've cobbled together one from the female variant and the other male textures. It shuffles around some of the textures so the male and female variants match each other more closely, primarily based on color. I've made sure to patch any affected characters to revert their outfits to their original appearances. It adds unique icons and names to all the items, so you can tell them apart. (They were all just called "Clothing" before.) I've named them based on who in the game wears them; for example, two of the outfits popular on Dantooine I've named "Settler Clothing" and "Fringer Clothing". The icons display both the male and female variants of each item, due to the differing appearances. It adds custom icons for Atton's Ribbed Jacket and Mira's Ballistic Mesh Jacket. They originally used the same icon as commoner variant #1, and since I changed that to look like the commoner clothing I saw it fit to give the unique items their own icons as well. It touches up several of the male textures to fix some discoloration and bad seams. I have also included an option to give the commoner clothing some upgrade capabilities. If you choose this option, you'll be able to upgrade the clothing items with some underlays, the same upgrades available to the miner uniform.
