2 pointsI honestly don't know why, I found him to be one of the more enjoyable characters in the mod. Allow me to clarify what my plan is on that:

Version v1.0.2210.16738
52,056 downloads
THIS PROGRAM IS MADE BY FRED TETRA I TAKE NO CREDIT FOR THIS PROGRAM, i also have some of the map files from the site if any one has more pm or email me, ill upload them here. here is the original readme for this program. Kotor Tool v1.0.2210.16738 (2006-1-19 12:38) About this program... I originally wrote this tool so I could experiment with 2DA files and scripts. Through feature suggestions, it has grown quite a bit into what many tell me is a pretty handy utility. Thanks to all of those who have taken the time to make those suggestions and put up with the occasional bug that creeps in at 2:00 in the morning! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Requirements... I should (and will!) mention in the readme file that you need to have the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 installed. You can get it at: http://download.microsoft.com/download/a/a/c/aac39226-8825-44ce-90e3-bf8203e74006/dotnetfx.exe ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Contact info... fredtetra@hotmail.com ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Quick start instructions... Unzip the kotor_tool.exe, ImageTools.dll files and the Maps folder to a directory. The first time you run the program, it will attempt to detect where you have installed KotOR and configure some of the directory paths it needs to work. It will then bring up the path management screen so you can verify them. To work with BIF files: Expand the BIFs item on the tree view. You can: - Select any *.bif file from the tree view, then click Extact to extract every file in it to a directory - Select any file in a bif, then click Extact to extract it to a directory - Select any file in a bif, then click Hex View to see it in Hex/ANSI/Unicode - Double-click on any 2da file to bring up the editor for it. You can then edit the values and write the file to a directory. (Most likely the override folder in yout KotOR folder) Clicking on the column header in the editor grid will sort it based on the values in that column. Repeated clicking will change the sort direction. - You can also open the 2da v2.b file editor from the File menu for editing. NOTE: You do not have to open the chitin.key file first. - 2DA editing features: * Add line to end, delete any line, right click to insert new line. Be careful with those last two! * You can renumber the row labels from the right-click menu * Undo all changes * Reset sort to "as opened" mode (press F5 or use menu * Import and export your 2da files in XML format - Double click on any nss/vis/txi file to bring up the editor for it. You can then edit the text and write the file to a directory. - To extract a .mdl (Model) file, double click on it; the model will be extracted and converted, along with any required TGA-format textures. NOTE: You must have CChargin's Extract0-5 program installed in the same directory as Kotor Tool. To work with RIM files: Expand the RIMs item on the tree view. - Select any *.rim file from the tree view, then click Extact to extract every file in it to a directory - Select any file in a rim, then click Extact to extract it to a directory - Double-click on almost any file in a rim to launch the GFFEditor, assuming you have installed it in the kotor_tool directory - Control-Double-click on almost any file in a rim to launch text editor with a syntax-colored version of the GFF file's contents - Shift-Double-click on almost any file in a rim to launch text editor with a plain-text version of the GFF file's contents. To work with ERF files: Expand the ERFs item on the tree view. - Select any file in a rim, then click Extact to extract it to a directory - Double-click on almost any file in a rim to launch the editor for it. - TPC files now can be viewed with the built-in image viewer. You can also save the files in TGA format from the viewer. - If you like using the keyboard to navigate the treeview, you can use the spacebar to open the Image Viewer with a TPC file selected. - If the Image Viewer is open, moving up and down the list of TPC files with the arrow keys will show each image in turn. Note: some files cannot yet be viewed. - To view tpc files in an external app, hold down the Shift key while double-clicking. You need tpc2tga and an image viewer. (see below) - Some tpc files have a format that is not yet understood. Attempting to view one of these files may either show a strange image or crash the program. Notes: * You can specify whether or not you want to automatically convert extracted .tpc files to TGA format from the Tools | Options... menu. This is only used with the external tpc2tga program. * If you also want to be able to view the .tpc files using an external program you must install a TGA file viewer and specify the path to it in the Path Manager. You can download a free TGA viewer at http://www.creabit.com/viewer/ * You can specify whether or not you want the BIF tree built at program startup or not from the Tools | Options... menu. If you leave the checkbox unchecked, the BIF portion of the tree view will only be built when you attempt to expand it. Want to unlock all of the movies and music in KotOR II:TSL? 1 pointThis is probably something very obvious that I'm sure i've just overlooked...ive been messing with kotor for 15 yrs, but I can't figure out how to edit characters. Specifically Uthar. What file needs to be modified to give him a unique hilt? Or does he get assigned saber02 and if i change his hilt every dark jedi in the game will use it?

1 pointOk, I had a bit of a further look into M4-78EP in recent months and discovered this: Assuming you killed Vrook, Zez-Kai Ell, Kavar and did M4-78 last only then do you have the opportunity to save Vash. I am 95% sure that is merely an Easter Egg by the devs and isn't something many players actually do. I do plan on someday returning to the Extended Enclave Patch for some minor new additions for the mod, and maybe one day a "Save Vash" option might be possible... however, I most likely *will* require the use of experimental AI which can take samples of VO to make Vash say lines during the Enclave meeting and Kreia dialogue when referring to Vash (And maybe even Zhaboka to voice Kaah if I wanted him to make an appearance, just imagine: instead of Visas ambushing Kreia and getting forced choked it's Kaah instead).

1 point@iFoRias In any forum it's always a good idea to send a direct message to the OP (or whoever currently manages the thread) if the last post is over a month old. If they're still active they'll respond and/or update the post. If they're not you should create a mod request and reference the abandoned mod. It's also a good idea to read the forum's rules, as most forums explain what you should and shouldn't do. In this case: We're fairly easygoing here, and the rules help make things easy. Have fun!

1 pointIt's more entertaining to drag it out for a few more years anyway. Keep 'em thirsty.

1 pointYeah I went back to replay this part just to check if this was fixed in the new version and I also didn't get the energy cell again. Also when I got the duelist's lens from Nar Shaddaa the next stage in the quest didn't activate for me Edit: Second time around the next quest stage activated for me upon picking up the lens so that's not a problem for me anymore.

1 pointExpanded Galaxy Project 1.0.7 Update ( Project & Patches available on ModDB, NexusMods & Discord ) Demo Available on DeadlyStream. https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1717-expanded-galaxy-demo/ Currently that I know of RoR, K1 & K2 can now all be played through in full under the same installation using the templates I provide to swap between them. ( I haven't tested the RoR demo in a little while now but it should still all work fine, I have tested K1 in full multiple times throughout the course of working on 1.0.6 & 1.0.7 as well as have tested K2 up to leaving Telos Academy and tested the latter half of the game multiple times before ) I also have a template that works and allows you to install TJM at the same time as well, but I am awaiting permission to release it. It is also now possible to use the RoR heads in K1 & K2, by installing the Expanded Galaxy Project ( you don't have to install the port, but the templates will be required to swap between K1, K2 or RoR. To do this simply install Expanded Galaxy Project for K2, then install RoR on top of that, then use the template from the Port to swap back to K2 ( K2E Install Template ) Then copy appearance.2da, heads.2da and portraits.2da from the RoR template or install over to the override folder. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1K3RvDkG5n_8Dp66Gd3KX5FYlitwKmbZy/view?usp=sharing The above template allows you to swap back to playing RoR. Hopefully this makes sense to people and is a valid enough excuse to bump my own topic. The overall goal of the project once again is to improve both games as much as physically possible within the limitations of the original engine. Random Desktop Backrounds! Thanks to everybody that has helped the project so far and continues to do so, though it is still just me working on the project for the best part I continue to see new and interesting releases every day as well as receive useful / helpful advice from many, now with the majority of the issues out of the way I can finally begin building on the first game as much as possible and importing variables over from savedata that will allow for changes to be made to the second game using the save importer by lachjames which can easily be modified to import other variables. It is my hope to have the overall outlook of each planet in the first game reflect the initial outlook of each planet in the second game. As well as have a strong story revolving around the main character / companions and another simple galaxy crawl and search for this or that. In the case of K2 that will be the Padawans to the Masters that were on Katarr during the devastation of the Jedi, or something along those lines. For K1 that will be something surrounding getting in contact with the Council for better or for worse to discuss what happened to you. For now the RoR heads / species is optional and do not have specific stat boosts in K1 or K2. Thanks for reading and keeping up with the project. This is a short trailer for the KotOR Port a part of the Expanded Galaxy Project, made for me by CatDaddy407, so a big thanks to them for that! I thought I would drop a link to the video here for people to see, though it doesn't show anything special it does highlight the state of the project quite well. Note : The port is currently not available on DeadlyStream and is only available on ModDB or NexusMods. Note : The port is an add-on for the Expanded Galaxy Project. UPDATE : Brotherhood Of Shadow : Solomons Revenge Preview Upcoming Port Patch Notes ( Dialogs Fixed, Missing Scripts Decompiled & Recompiled + Animations Fixed & More ) Construction Complete! The Expanded Galaxy Project or at least it's foundations are finally! no longer under construction... This means a lot of things. It has also come to my attention that many people think Shadow should be voiced due to being such a main character. Which means I might be starting to look for voice actors to help with the project. ( Primarily to voice Shadow and replace Voiceover from Brotherhood Of Shadow : Solomons Revenge ) As well as Writers, Modders, Modellers, Texture Artists and Testers. From here on out I am looking to write a story or set of stories that tie both games together. As well as continuing to enhance what already exists in both games as much as possible. And beginning to focus on implementing new content and merging content from all three parts of the project in order to allow for greater freedom in future mods. I will also be releasing all of the source from both projects or rather I will continue to package the .nss scripts with each and every module as well as the Override folder until the project is much more complete which means people can use all of it to learn from and use to make mods for the game. If and where possible I will write more tutorials and continue to document whatever I work on for the project to the best of my ability. Thor110 Quick Update : I have fixed the broken walls of Sleheyron and Manaan! Kashyyyk's broken level was fixed some time ago. The only level that remains broken isn't even a part of the Port project, which is Taris from Brotherhood. In which you get to play a random Twi'lek Jedi Captain of the Republic instead of a main character of BoSSR because I have not ported all of the characters yet. UPDATE : I have finally got the Sleheyron Arena's working, I don't know why I stopped trying before must have been busy with other levels. Awesome to finally run around these arena's myself too!

1 pointIf you are volunteering to hand paint out the scars/wounds from the texture, then sure.

0 pointsCompletely understood and I still think this mod is worthwhile. I look forward to finally installing and playing through Revenge of Revan (as a major SWTOR fan) and I wish you guys good luck on that. Just out of curiosity, is Revenge of Revan meant to be an add-on to the end of the game, or is it a complete game overhaul? I'm mainly curious on what installing it would entail.
