  1. No. You might be getting it confused with jinger's Battle for Telos mod, of which TSLRCM contains a modified version.
  2. I always thought it was simply this: Revan ordered Malak to destroy Telos. Because Malak would have been the one to lead a fleet there, and give the order to fire, (and being Malak he'd have probably made some grandiose announcement about it), everyone would have made the assumption that Malak ordered the attack. Kreia knew Revan's personality, and given what she knows of Telos, it is reasonable to assume she knows what she's talking about here. And about Canderous, in K1 he may have actually thought Malak was responsible, by the time K2 roles along he has spent a good deal of time in Revan 's company, and with Revan remembering things, who knows what he learned.
  3. Glad to be of service to everyone! I hope you enjoy! And if you encounter any problems, feel free to let me know.
  4. File Name: TSLRCM Compatibility Patch for jinger's Admiralty Mod File Submitter: Darth Hayze File Submitted: 17 Aug 2012 File Category: Mods TSLRCM Compatible: Yes ======================================================== A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC II: (THE SITH LORDS) MODIFICATION TSLRCM Compatibility Patch for jinger's Admiralty Mod ======================================================== Author: Darth Hayze PM: Contact me at the Deadly Stream Forums or on MODDB Name: TSLRCM Compatibility Patch for jinger's Admiralty Mod Filename: admiralty-patch.rar Original Release Date: 8/17/2012 ModDB Release Date: 9/21/2012 Update Realease: 1/6/2014 1. Description: ---------- This is simply an edit of the install instructions for jinger's Admiralty mod, nothing has been altered except the patcher will now install the files in a way that works with TSLRCM. 2. Install: ---------- (It is highly recommended that you update your game to version 2.10 (the 1.0b update) before installing this mod.) Also, TLSRCM is needed for the TSLRCM version to work, otherwise it will abort. Extract jinger's "admiralty" mod, taking care to insure that both the "setup.exe" file and "tslpatchdata" folder are extracted to the same folder, which can be anywhere, as long it isn't the main 'SWKotOR2' folder. Now extract "TSLRCM Compatibility Patch for jinger's Admiralty Mod" mod to the same folder you extracted "Admiralty" to. You should now have a folder called 'patch files' as well as the previously mentioned "setup.exe" file and "tslpatchdata" folder. Open "tslpatchdata" and delete the 'changes.ini" file. Now open "patch files" and copy "admiraltslrcm.ini", "admiralvanilla.ini", "info2.rtf", and "namespaces.ini" to the "tslpatchdata" folder. Run setup.exe, and you should be given the option of choosing between two versions of the mod, the TSLRCM version and the Vanilla version. Choose one, and install. Note: a new folder named "backup" will be created during insanitation within the folder the installer was run from. If you plan on uninstalling this mod this folder and the files therein must not be deleted as they are used during the uninstall process. 3. To uninstall; 1) Open the "backup" folder that was created during installation and replace the .mod files listed above and appearance.2da with the files contained within, delete the other files from your override. 4. Changelog: ------------- Fixed a bug where the wrong file was being installed Updated the patcher to modify more files in the moules folder instead of override. Updated the readme. 5. Bugs: ---------- Let me know if you find any. 6. Distribution Notes: ---------- This mod may not be modified or distributed without the explicit permission of the author. 7. USE OF THIS FILE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THE ABOVE MENTIONED COMPANIES OR THE AUTHOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOUR COMPUTER FOR THE USAGE OF THIS FILE. Below is the original readme provided by jinger. Special thanks to Holowan Laboratories (starwarsknights.com) Overview ================== If you found Carth's cameo to be a little weak, and the minute you saw Cede you were thinking "I know that face," or if you expected an Admiral of the Republic to look better than that, you might appreciate this mod. It's a new appearance for both of them, an Admiral's uniform, like the one we saw on Dodonna in Knights of the Old Republic. Carth shows up in the logs of the Harbinger, in a trasmission to Citadel Station, then later in the game, during the battle of Telos. He also appears in a trasmission from Khoonda, if the Disciple does not join your party. Cede only shows up if you select the dark side ending for KotOR during the first conversation with Atton. If you see a medal on Carth's uniform, that's the Cross of Glory. It was given to him by Admiral Dodonna, for his part in the defeat of Darth Malak and the Sith. Installation ================== TSLPatcher (by Stoffe) will know what to do. Just run the executable and follow the instructions. The mod consists of a few files that will be installed in the override folder, and one module file. It adds two rows to appearance.2da Permission ================== This can be used as long as credit is given. Click here to download this file
  5. For the most part, there are lines that are Kreia specific, if one wanted to make the scene fit with Atris' story, one would need to take lines from her Telos confrontation.
  6. It is a barebones re-release. Nothing new was added, and as far as I can tell from looking at my friend's copy, the HQ patches have NOT been included. Such a shame. This could have been the perfect opportunity to release the games with updates, and stuff. I'll still be buying it though, as I lost my K1 discs years ago and my K2 install/play disc is broken. Live on KotOR!!!!

  8. Ahh. I'll look in the changes.ini then and see if I can't put together a compatibility patch.
  9. I was wondering what exactly the issues are when attempting to use jinger's Admiralty mod and TSLRCM. If you also know what files, etc... cause theses issues posting them here would be appreciated it. Thanks.
  10. I have to say, that is a great website. Kudos. The blog and character sections gave some nice insight into the story.
  11. I think he is referring to VP's peragus fixes, which are not listed as being done in the changelog. In regards to the admiralty mod, if it is never going to be included(which idk why, I can't believe OE would want Carth and Cede to NOT look like admirals, and certainly qualifies as a fix to me, {giving Carth his bomber jacket in t3's holo-vid certainly counts as a fix}), coiuld someone ask Jinger(sp?) to make a compatible version?
  12. That's what I thought at first, idk... At what point does HK torture a 50-unit? I've encountered at least five groups with him in my party, two more than the requisite three HK-47 mentioned.

I'd also like to see a head made for 'Darth Hayze' I don't know how difficult it'd be, but I was thinking you could take the hair from the PFC05 head and add it to Sion's head model.
  14. I understand that. I'm not saying his being unable to shoot is a bug. At the start of the encounter the HK-50's complain about being unable to attack, BUT are still able to attack. That is what I'm wondering if it is a bug.
  15. I don't know if this is a bug or not, but the past three times I've run into the HK's, I've had HK-47 with me. The droids have their dialog about being unable to attack, yet when the combat starts they have no problem attacking me while Mr. 47 just stands by temp. removed from my party as I get shot by droids that can't shoot...
  16. I was wondering if it'd be possible to get a glimpse of the 1.8 changelog? Not necessarily the full thing, but maybe a little tease.
  17. They were a sidequest in the first game, and honestly, I think it makes more sense for them to be a sidequest in the sequel. Just like ME1 and ME2. Most things that were sidequests in ME1, if they reappeared, were still sidequests in ME2. That said... I'm really looking forward to seeing how this turns out! EDIT: Do you think you could give us a rundown of how you implemented this into the game or how it will work with TSLRCM?
  18. After you watch season one, read the books before season 2 starts. The show is good(like damn good), but there will always be things the books just does better.

I'd like to see heads for Revan and Meetra made based off their designs in TOR.
