    Well, since there are 3, it's rather hard to say which one is missing. There's one near the cache. There's one near the boma with the beast power cutscene. And there's one leading up to the Zakkeg.

    Have you tried a full re-install of TSL? Then installing TSRLCM and M4-78EP? Also, use a save from before entering the industrial area...

    Well, 1600x1200 is what I use, it's fullscreen. If unintentionally not, try going to swkotor2.ini and put both Fullscreen options to 1.

    It's more likely your mods screwed up L5 appearing...

    If the installation-file is corrupted, you should re-download a new copy (so the whole M4-78EP).

    Because it's rather unsure what happens to Bao-Dur. If we just display him it might change the actual interpretation of Obsidian. So instead, he's not shown. Is he on board, is he alive, where is he... it's intentionally kept ambiguous...

    I don't think you understood me. The "Should the cutscenes have been played in this order instead?" is how it runs for me, no issue.

    What's your graphics card? It might simply be too old to activate shaders.
