Well, I added Battle Precognition to do that 200 WIS test, and that was with 1.7... so it all seems fine to me.

You haven't played Ulic's mod ever, right? Anyway, this was OE's intention, not what scorchy said. Broken stuff and all. He's wrong several more times anyway... It's the same in vanilla, only this line lacked VO so you wouldn't notice it. What are you talking about? It was never dropped. How many times do I have to mention they typo'd the requirement? What? Peragus changes shouldn't even be in the French version IIRC.

Zbyl made one yes, but it's not in 1.7, partly because it isn't done yet (the mentioned SFX lacking).
