I don't get the loading screens. Do they need [module name].are's or not? :S They do not appear for TSLRCM added modules (just the generic screen) until I tweak modules, but even if I replace module files with their base now the screens remain... :? Does anyone know how the hell they work?

Actually, there are several. High Level Force Powers, Coruscant, M4-78EP, Coruscant etc. etc. But making the amount of changes to a .TLK TSLRCM makes with TSLPatcher (can't think of any other method) is just too much work. There are over a 1000 (low guess probably) lines added and modified. So replacing really is only the variable option here.

The Polar Regions, Peragus, NS Vogga Warehouse, Goto's Yacht and any encountered running to the docks with Atton and Bao-Dur do not count. They do not drop random parts (they may drop fixed parts though. Considering that's how you build HK in vanilla) nor update the journal when encountered. As thus, don't include them in the list given...

Hmmm, maybe the other one was supposed to use the other KOTOR1 Yavin color, instead of Heart of the Guardian. Then again, IIRC that's neither orange or bronze looking either...

Correction; Hussef's part/saber is for letting the Exchange back down non-violently. If you kill him, it's over. Of course if you find a way to kill him after getting the part/saber...

No, just the obsolete .uti file. The dead miner behind all the mines in the droid control center downstairs (forgot how the map is called). Where you can turn the droids on each other. If it was up to me HK-50 got it though , instead of an advanced. It is (has been for some time), which is why the file isn't needed anymore anyways. Well, if the color itself is already present. Not my call, though...

It was in Ulic's fixes, so it only made sense TSRLCM also included said weapons if we were to make said modification moot. The heavy mining laser is on a different spot though (I think I prefer Ulic's though, although that's really minor preference stuff). 1.4-1.7 had the HK Assassin Rifle (since it was spelled 'asassin rifle' or something like that. .tlk changes made that moot though, so it won't be included in 1.8 (one less file to worry about with compatibility). Can't really say I know much non-story cut content, true. Several feats and powers work slightly different than promoted, but it's hard to say if the description is wrong or the feat/power. Cut classes, powers (besides improved beast trick perhaps. Although it lacks a description) and feats are clearly non-functional. Was the icon for bronze self-made, VP?

It has to do with picking Czerka or the Ithorians, so yeah, putting it back is definitely advised. Apparently it assumes you have the credentials if Czerka, and thus persuasion always fails unless you have followed the Ithorians, not taking into account the double-cross. -
First serious issue of 1.8 fixed. Yay! Also, on a lesser note, fixed an issue an influence hit with Atton on Dantooine that couldn't be triggered. It surprises me how many dialogue issues are still in, even with the current build of 1.8. I wish I had the time and will to scrounge every .dlg file there is for such errors, alas... Oh well, I fix em where I find them. 1.8 will be the best TSL you've ever played when we're done, that's for sure .

Well, there is the vibro-cutter, heavy mining laser. I hope to fix the Zabrak Vibroblade display issue for 1.8, kinda forgot till I read your post 0_0.

If you follow the Czerka line you should have gotten credentials. You can just use them to enter. If you followed the Ithorians you need to lie. Then the global 203TEL_DroidInt_1 needs to be exactly 4. Which seems like a really odd requirement for a success check. :? -

On KOTORfiles they pretty much all agree it's HOTOR, not my fix. Which, seeing the files involved, I am inclined to agree. -
Have you tried putting the ChanceRain value from 0 to 100 in an area's .are file? (remember you need a save from before ever entering that area to test) Does that work?

Are you SURE you didn't switch the files around? Since neither have the fixes of the 1.7 unoffical patch, but the "modified" file has erased about a dozen or more of the entries of this Korriban mod. So if a blank journal is your issue definitely revert to the unmodified file (if you didn't switched them that is), though you won't have my fix for the Dantooine Quest (best keep the original 1.7 DAN.mod files than too, just using the 003EBO and globalcat.2da). Was empty journal entries the clash? -

There are only male variations here, yeah. And not just HK. But there IS something being done about it. Just the question wheter or not that will be in 1.8, since it will hold up it's release quite some if we wait till that's done. Choices, choices... That's cause you can kill Visas with Nihilus. Sadly enough, the remainder of the party members still can get their future read since 904MAL got the wrong 904kreia.dlg file. Oops. Already fixed for 1.8 though (the proper file already existed for 1.7, it just didn't get included ). -

No need to convince me, I was on your team from the start. Sadly enough I don't got the skills to do it myself and then just ask Zbyl and Stoney if they want to use it. Though VP would... Hmmm... -
On the other hand, it's +INF for HK and Mandalore and such. You can still get INF with Bao, just not by solving it that way.... That's mainly (for me) because TSL is so easy and he roars (so no VO'ed lines). He can rock the place in Dxun temple though. Meh, take all mines, and the rockets (like all nades) kinda suck. Yup. More even. * Helping Refugees (with everything. There is no DS variation of this one) * Lootra (Ls; assist. DS; kill) * Vogga's Hoard (no alignment) * And (of course) Visas. So that makes 3 lightsabers even. That's an upgrade (probably depends on level though), no part. You do use TSLRCM, right? True. Although for Korriban that requires you to enter the Hidden Tomb, unless you go the Visas route obviously. Which is why convincing the sick refugee to kill himself is INF for Kreia, Hanharr or Visas (and otherwise acted as DS for other members... with TSLRCM that is... otherwise it's bugged).

I didn't even have to use the .dll (or install alternative drivers) to make KOTOR2 work on my HD6950 and windows 7. Had to remove the intro movies of KOTOR1 though or it would fail to launch. -
Not quite sure what you ask. You want to test wit TSLPatcher wheter your new .TLK can be added to? Do you want to learn how to use TSLPatcher to make all modifications (which could be a burden, hence we don't do that). Best would probably be (and what we do) is override the .tlk and then tell people they have to install other mods affecting it afterwards.

VP already has a mod like that... but I definitely wouldn't say no to having something like that in regular TSLRCM (VP's also tweaks difficulty, hence it wont be incorperated for sure). -
Not much to say though. Mira and Hanharr is tough. Hanharr is interesting and has stat boosts, but I hate the roaring vs. traditional VO. He's also stronger than Mira, however you build her.
