  1. Problem with the HK-50s joining HK-47 is that it's contradictory to the way the HK factory plays out. In fact, it contradicts the whole point of going to the HK factory in the first place, which is... altogether now - TO DESTROY THE HK-50S! and actually, in the canon ending (a.k.a. the vanilla game) The HK-50s don't help defeat G0T0 at all. Besides, check the other pages on starwars.wikia. I guarantee you they will offer conflicting information
  2. Didn't realize it was so close to Reborn. It's just a codename after all, the final product may have something else.
  3. More to come, but this is the codename for the gameplay mod I'm working on. On the surface it won't look all that much different from the more recent rebalances. It does use autobalance.2da, it does use modified class tables, yes It also has the reinstated Alter, Control and Sense Force powers (they are granted at level-up instead of having to choose them) Mines are harder to detect - Hell I've been running into them on Peragus and my Awareness is maxed out (for a Level 3 guy, anyways) Enemies will not get arbitrary bonuses for being enemies. Instead, I've got a script running (similar to BeanCounter's Mod) that will level them up as you would level up your own character - They get Attributes every four levels, and of course feats and force powers. AFAIK, everything else is automatically leveled up. I've also included a baseitems.2da tweak, which makes blaster rifles far more effective. Don't worry, I didn't just randomly do this, the Revised Core Rulebook has some Blasters at 3d6 for instance (a lightsaber is like 2d6). I like the outcome. It makes all the energy shields, force powers and deflect powers certainly more useful. That's really what this mod is all about, making you consider your choices wisely whenever you're at a level-up. This is much different than say... the Ultimate Balance Mod because of how it cuts back choices for more engaging roleplay. Sorry bub, you aren't a Consular? No Persuade skill class for you :'(. Jedi Sentinel? You got Attack Table 2 because you're not supposed to do as much damage as a Soldier.... how silly. More as this progresses - I can say that I'm on the Harbinger right now, and the Sith Assassins genuinely seem harder - but not to the point where I would go - Jesus Christ, why are their attack modifiers so high?
  4. Only if you respawned those droids, which would automatically make them a higher level.
  5. Yeah, editing the XP gained from mines is pretty much untouched by TSLRCM. I don't think there is a way to do it except by changing the DC of said mines.

  7. You lost it, seriously? I'll get you a copy of the script newbie.
  8. Fact: Kyle Katarn knew that a fourth Indiana Jones was a bad idea.
  9. Nar Shaddaa first, Korriban last Dantooine is my favorite. TSLRCM is the major mod I use. What is this for?
  10. You can't just disable comments from unregistered people?
  11. Doing a vanilla playthrough with Vanir's soon-to-be released TSLRPGTWEAK

lol you guys, jumping to conspiracy theories already. TSL-RPG-TWEAK. It's a rebalance mod that focuses more on Role-playing elements instead of maxing out everyone and everything.

So much at my attempt at humor ::sigh:: Back to the drawing board . . .

Well HK-47, I've heard the joke you tell on the Prima DVD Guide for TSL and I wouldn't talk! LOL (I'll e-mail it to you at some point - PM if you're interested.)

  12. It was probably a bug from a conflicting mod.
  13. Chris Cornell A fairly quick head that turned out nicely I think. Part of me thinks it still looks too much like Carth though.
  14. Chris Cornell head almost complete!

Taking requests on female heads? Also - any chance on some texture altering on either male or female Twi'leks so we can have some more variety? (Reskins can only take us so far! LOL)

  15. Garrus is a badass. Seriously, he was in my party practically the whole game.
  16. That's the spirit! Well look, pure question, if you don't like Kyle Katarn or Chuck Norris jokes, why are you posting in a thread for which the entire purpose of its existence is for making jokes that elevate Kyle Katarn to Chuck Norris status?
  17. Fact: Kyle Katarn knows Bao-Dur's real fate. EDIT: Fact: Kyle Katarn also knows who Kreia really is.
  18. Funny, I never thought of Kyle Katarn being particularly blown up. This may be because I've only really ever played DFII from start to finish, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I think this quote from LiverandBacon effectively explains what badassness there is to be found in Kyle Katarn: "For instance, the power of the beard explains why Kyle Katarn can hold 8 guns, all their ammo, various kinds of explosives, various ID cards and miscellanea, and a lightsaber, without any of it appearing on his person, or affecting his his speed or stamina. His powerful ability in the Force, when combined with the manly majesty of his beard (voted #1 beard of the New Republic over 13 years in a row), gives him limited access to a pocket of hyperspace. This allows him to store a theoretically infinite number of objects without consequences, by seemingly hiding them in his beard. I theorize that Revan must have also had a majestic beard, and the Exile, well, who knows what was up with that lady." That aside, alot of the jokes turned out to be Chuck Norris jokes but replaced with Kyle Katarn. The better ones tend to have context in the Star Wars Universe.... and of course the more nerdy and specific they are, the funnier they are. Fact: Kyle Katarn has the death sentence in 12 star systems. Fact: Kyle Katarn is the death sentence in 20 star systems.
  19. Kyle Katarn is almost exactly like a death stick - only difference being that you'll want to rethink your life BEFORE you try Kyle Katarn. NEVER try Kyle Katarn in the first place.
  20. Fact: Kyle Katarn shot before Han Solo and Greedo.
  21. Glad that you got it working fine. But yeah, you have to be careful when you install mods that add .utc, or .uti files directly to the override. Well, just any .ut_ files in general.
  22. No VOs will be used for that part of Malachor VI. Instead, it will allow you to free your party members without direct contact. It's hard to explain without giving everything away, so I just won't explain it
  23. Actually, I'd be inclined to make head models after the holy trinity of grunge. Layne Staley, Chris Cornell and Eddie Vedder... and of course Kurt Cobain. Problem is that I'd have to give them all short haircuts or something because Kotor doesn't take too kindly to long hair models - at least not as long as Cornell or Vedder hair. I could at least do Chris Cornell when he was in Audioslave cuz he had short hair then. Vedder is almost a lost cause though and Kurt Cobain is going to be fairly hard.
