This mod replaces the static computer panel placeables [PLC_comPanel] that found throughout the game; such as one in the Bumani's, Medical Unit, and Czerka's [on Telos] with the animated ones. -= BACKGROUND =- It was Sith Holocron's request about his least favorite texture in KotOR2/TSL that makes me work on this mod. But as time goes by curiosity on trying to improve it haunts me, by doing more and looking much better -- hence the born of v2.0.0. On this [as well as the previous one] I have him to help on making the panel screen, hence the sweet result of a movie-like looking ones. You should check out his blog from where the inspiration comes -- And then with DarthParametric's handy-hands the panel now have a new symmetrical frame, some 3D buttons, also few TOR-ported bits on the screen. Not stopping there, it now have a new panel board decals -- a copied work from Frank Diorio's downloadable decals [then niubniubsuniverse-dot-com]. -= ABOUT THIS MOD =- Inside this mod are 2 version; transparent screen and a solid-non-transparent version. Preview: Transparent Solid Specifics: New panel frame trimesh made by @DarthParametric New 3D buttons trimesh made by DarthParametric Panel screen bitmap made by @Sith Holocron Panel board bitmap made by Frank Diorio TOR ported animated bits redistributed by DarthParametric Tools mostly worked on to -- KOTORmax [gmax] by bead-v / Aurora MDL [N++] by Symmetric The panel texture currently still in vanilla scheme [based on stock PLC_comPanel], albeit upscaled to x1024 from x256 using PS'. -= KNOWN ISSUES =- With transparent version, some objects will become invisible behind the screen; such as traffics seen from Medical Unit and lightsaber as well with the hilt. There's a workaround for the traffics, but that's beyond the scope of this mod so they're something to live with at the moment. Nothing that I know of though for the lightsabers. -= FINAL REMARKS =- There's always room for improvements; reviews, critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and feedbacks are much appreciated. PM me here, write them on my feed or leave any on the mod's page as you please. And thank you! for downloading, and using this mod. Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do! -= INSTALLATION =- Run the installer and choose INSTALL option. Pick one you choose -- then hit the [Install Mod ->] button! -= UNINSTALLATION =- Choose the UNINSTALL option in the installation menu For a clean uninstallation, remove these files from the Override after proceeding with the main procedure -- eb_plc_commpane1/2.MDL eb_plc_commpane1/2.MDX eb_plc_commpane1/2.PWK eb_companel_btns.TPC eb_companel_pnel.TPC eb_companel_wave.TPC sheb_compnl_scrn.TPC -= COMPATIBILITY =- Not compatible with mods that hard-overwrites placeables.2DA Not compatible with mods that alter the modelname and label setup for RowIndex 292 in placeables.2DA Not compatible with mods which happened to have the same name with the MDL, MDX, PWK, and TPC-s that included with this mod -= REDISTRIBUTION =- Do not redistribute this mod or re-release it on any websites. HD Cockpit Skyboxes DESCRIPTION When you land the Ebon Hawk on a planet, you are able to look out of the cockpit and view the landing platform. This is achieved by a cylindrical texture. Since the vanilla textures were low res, inaccurate, and desaturated, I recreated the platforms in Maya and rendered them to look as they do in-game. The main planets, including M4-78, are all remastered in 4096x1024. I also include a version of the Nar Shaddaa cockpit texture that utilizes the Realistic Nar Shaddaa Skybox mod by Sharen Thrawn. Additionally, I've upscaled and retouched the outer hull of the ship as seen from the cockpit. If you need downscaled versions, the Medium Resolution option provides 2048x512 resolution skyboxes while the Low Resolution option provides 1024x256 resolution skyboxes (the size from the vanilla game). I'm also offering these textures in TPC format, which tends to be 1/4th the size and download time of the uncompressed files. INSTALLATION -Drop all of the files from the main mod folder into your override folder. -If you want the cockpit texture that uses the Realistic Nar Shaddaa Skybox mod, replace the EBO_Sky01.tga file with the one from the folder labeled With Nar Shaddaa Realistic Skybox. UNINSTALLATION -Delete the aforementioned files from your override folder. THANX Thanks to Photoshop, Maya, MDLOps, Gmax, KotORmax, GIMP, Blender, KotORBlender, and ESRGAN. Special Thanks to Sharen Thrawn for making the Realistic Nar Shaddaa Skybox mod. Please don't repost this on other sites unless as part of a mod pack (with proper credit to me)

Telos Citadel Station Skybox ============================ MOD AUTHOR: Quanon ORIGINAL RELEASE: 03 MAY 2013 FOR WHAT GAME: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords Description: ---------------- Apologies for the late release on this. (I've had a busy week offline.) A long time ago . . . in a Mod Request not far away, I (Sith Holocron) requested a mod to improve the low resolution quality of the skybox as seen outside the windows of Telos' Citadel Station. I highlighted - to anyone that would listen - a few issues that I thought needed addressing. The buildings seen through those windows had a low resolution skin. The grid of pipework seen at the base of those buildings looked like a blurry mess. Someone listened. This mod created by the talented Quanon remedies all of that. Though the screenshot above doesn't show it, the skybox does have the red windows that would be seen later in the game as well. In addition to the TGAs and TXI, there are also PSD files for those of you that would like to fool around with the textures in Photoshop. There's also a TIF file that suits the same purpose. Installation: ---------------- For Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2 - Extract the TGA files and the TXI file into the Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic/Override folder. To Uninstall: ---------------- Take them out again. Known Bugs: ----------------- None known at this time. Legal Disclaimer: ------------------- All materials and copyrights belong to LucasArts, Bioware and Obsidian Entertainment Inc. Quanon owns none of the materials, and he's not making any money out of this mod. It is to be distributed as-is without alteration, unless by permission of Quanon. This mod is not to be distributed for profit, either. Use it however you like, but if you're going to post it up somewhere, or make a derivative mod, or use it in another mod, please put a line in the readme, mentioning Quanon.

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who was always bothered by that ridiculously low resolution texture used for the Ravager and the Sith Fighters during the final battle of the game, so I decided to make this really small modification that replaces this 256x256 pixel texture with a high quality 2048x2048 pixel version. The models I used to make the texture were done by Jeronimoe. Big thanks to him, you can check out his Empire at War mods over on moddb. INSTALLATION Place TEL_Rav.tga into your Override folder. UNINSTALLATION Delete TEL_Rav.tga from your Override folder. CREDITS Ravager and Sith Fighter model used to make this texture: Jeroenimo (http://www.moddb.com/members/jeroenimo) Additional Ravager damage detial: Malkior Final texture assembling: Kexikus THIS MOD IS NOT SUPPORTED BY LUCASARTS OR OBSIDIAN. This mod aims to improve the space scenes in Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords. This is done both to improve the visual quality as well as the continuity between cutscenes and playable areas. The changes made to achieve this are thus also twofold: First there are new high resolution textures provided for almost all space backdrops and then there are model changes to create more extensive edits. For a full list of what has been changed, see below (contains spoilers). Additionally there is an optional part of the mod that brings the galaxy map appearance of some planets in line with the new backdrops. See below for installation instructions. There are some mods by other authors that already do an amazing job at improving certain backdrops, so I did not see the need to imitate their work. Instead, I highly recommend you install those mods as well. I will list them below. COMPABILITY This mod is not compatible with other mods that edit the same textures or models. Notable exceptions are TSLRCM and M4-78 EP: - This mod overrides 222TEL15.mdl and 222TEL15.mdx provided by TSLRCM. This will replace some VISUAL ONLY! changes by TSLRCM with my version. Check the screenshots to see which one you prefer. - Also, this mod will override 003EBOq.mdl and 003EBOq.mdx from M4-78EP. In this case my mod includes the changes done by M4-78 EP, so you can safely override those files (make a backup though). INSTALLATION If you have TSLRCM and/or M4-78 EP installed, go to your Override folder and make backups of 222TEL15.mdl, 222TEL15.mdx, 003EBOq.mdl and 003EBOq.mdx just in case. Then copy all files from the "To Override" folder into your Override folder. If you want to install the galaxy map changes as well, also copy the files from the "Optional Galaxy Map Changes" folder to your Override folder. And finally I highly recommend you install the other backdrop improvement mods listed below. UNINSTALLATION Delete this mod's files from your Override folder and restore the backups of 222TEL15.mdl, 222TEL15.mdx, 003EBOq.mdl and 003EBOq.mdx (if you have TSLRCM and/or M4-78 EP installed). RECOMMENDED MODS - Improved Peragus Asteroid Fields by Vasilii Zaytsev - Replacement Peragus II Artwork by Trench - Telos Citadel Station Skybox by Quanon - Alternatively you can use the TEL_Bdrp.tga and TEL_Bdrp.txi from TSL Remastered by sELFiNDUCEDcOMA KNOWN BUGS - The asteroids during the Peragus escape sequence appear out of nowhere. This is either due to my limited knowledge or due to limitations in our tools but I haven't been able to fix it yet. Should that bother you, remove 003EBOs.mdl and 003EBOs.mdx from your Override folder. Note however that you will also loose the Dxun backdrop for the Arrival at Dxun scene. LIST OF CHANGES (SPOILERS!!!) CREDITS This mod was created by Kexikus. With contributions by: - Jeroenimo (http://www.moddb.com/members/jeroenimo😞 Several ship models used for backdrop textures - Kreia: Interdictor class (Leviathan) ship models - Malkior: Additional damage detail on Ravager backdrop The starfields were created using spacescape. The nebula photos are taken from NASA and hubblesite.org The planet backdrops were created with the help of the following tutorials: - http://the-prototype92.deviantart.com/art/Realistic-Earthly-Planet-Texture-Tutorial-V3-414190291?q=gallery%3Aphotoshop-tutorials%2F3518842&qo=3 - http://rodrigogua.deviantart.com/art/City-Lights-Tutorial-9161677 - Make a Planet by Greg Martin (link no longer available) Using cloudmaps from: http://www.shadedrelief.com/natural3/pages/clouds.html A big thank you to Sithspecter, Quanon and Fair Strides who helped me to get into world of 3d modelling for KotOR and also thank you everyone who answered my never ending questions^^ THIS MOD IS NOT SUPPORTED BY LUCASARTS OR OBSIDIAN. USE THIS FILE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE AUTHOR OF THIS MOD NOR THE COMPANIES MENTIONED ABOVE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER WHEN USING THIS FILE.
