N-DReW's Bug Fix Collection for TSL A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic 2 Author: N-DReW25 1.4.0 Release Date: 25.11.2024 Installation: Please install The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod 1.8.6 FIRST, no exceptions. It is highly advised to install the KOTOR 2 Community Patch before this mod, this is optional. This mod is divided into two parts, the TSLPatcher component and the Override Component. To install Override Component features, simply open their folders and copy their mod files to the Kotor 2 Override folder. To install TSLPatcher Component features, simply click on the HoloPatcher.exe, click install, and sit back and watch the installer do its magic. WARNING: It is highly recommended that you do not install the game on your system's C drive, especially in Program Files. Windows can have permissions issues when trying to install the mod to a C drive destination. If you are using the Steam version of the game and have installed Steam in its default Program Files location, we advise creating a new Steam Library on a different drive and moving the game there via the game's Properties pop-up in Steam. Description: My Bug Fix Collection is another bug fix mod, though unlike most bug fix mods that have been made for the Kotor games this mod is for Kotor 2 in particular. The popular TSLRCM and K2CP mods are two excellent mods that bug fix hundreds of bugs throughout the game... though they haven't fixed all the bugs. Since TSLRCM development is essentially finished and the K2CP dev team are focused on the K1CP mod, I made my own bug fix mods to squash the rest I could. HD Cockpit Skyboxes DESCRIPTION When you land the Ebon Hawk on a planet, you are able to look out of the cockpit and view the landing platform. This is achieved by a cylindrical texture. Since the vanilla textures were low res, inaccurate, and desaturated, I recreated the platforms in Maya and rendered them to look as they do in-game. The main planets, including M4-78, are all remastered in 4096x1024. I also include a version of the Nar Shaddaa cockpit texture that utilizes the Realistic Nar Shaddaa Skybox mod by Sharen Thrawn. Additionally, I've upscaled and retouched the outer hull of the ship as seen from the cockpit. If you need downscaled versions, the Medium Resolution option provides 2048x512 resolution skyboxes while the Low Resolution option provides 1024x256 resolution skyboxes (the size from the vanilla game). I'm also offering these textures in TPC format, which tends to be 1/4th the size and download time of the uncompressed files. INSTALLATION -Drop all of the files from the main mod folder into your override folder. -If you want the cockpit texture that uses the Realistic Nar Shaddaa Skybox mod, replace the EBO_Sky01.tga file with the one from the folder labeled With Nar Shaddaa Realistic Skybox. The basis for the reskins were the dark side versions (black with red details), which this mod does not change. Some of the coloured parts were improved, but unfortunately a lot of parts were 100% one color and there was nothing to work with. A little bonus is included: We ran into an incorrect texture in the vanilla files, for the dark side underwear for scoundrels. That's fixed using an upscaled Xbox version of the file. Sdub is the brainchild of this mod and I did the textures. ------------ INSTALLATION ------------ Unzip. Copy the files from one of the folders (Female/Male, or both) to your game's Override folder.
