Nobody can give you an answer. This is the "how long is a piece of string?" of modding. The time required is entirely contingent on the specifics of what you want to do, your relevant skills/proficiencies, and how much free time you have to devote to it. Maybe you could do it in a week, maybe you'd still be working on it in a decade. If you want collaboration then there is no reason not to lay out what it is you have in mind. Then people might actually be able to give you some informed opinion on how feasible what you want to do is, and what sort of effort would be required. But right off the bat, the fact that you think it requires a team means the likelihood of it ever seeing the light of day is low.

Summary This mod adjusts the way the player acquires Jedi robes during their training on Dantooine. There are two parts, which can be installed individually or together: Apprentice Robes: The player will be equipped with Apprentice Robes as soon as they begin their training (in the montage). The Apprentice Robes look like brown Jedi Robes, but have the stats of Basic Clothing, so this is merely an aesthetic change. These robes have no prerequisites and can be worn by all humanoids in the party, regardless of Jedi class. Early Jedi Robes: Master Zhar will reward the player with Jedi Robes once they have chosen their Jedi class and constructed their lightsaber (i.e. as soon as they have the prerequisite to equip robes). Originally, he only granted them after all the trials were completed. The early access will allow you to wear robes in combat during the final trial. Installation Run Robe_Adjustment_K1.exe. Select which version to install. a) Apprentice Robes b) Early Jedi Robes c) Both a) and b). Click "Install Mod" and select your game directory (default name SWKOTOR). Uninstallation Remove the installed files or replace from backups if necessary. Compatibility This mod overrides the scripts k_pdan_jedi17, k_pdan_zhar03, and k_pdan_zhar06. It may not be compatible with other mods that alter the Jedi training portion of the game. That recent animated aging avatar by Sith Holocron made me think about the external signs of the age of the Jedi Masters in TSL. The Council holorecord was from 10 years prior the game, but the members of the Council did not visually change (do they use the same models?). And obviously they could not be too young to begin with. Especially Vrook, he was same old man in the TSL (3951 BBY), in K1 (3956 BBY), in the holorecord (around 3960 BBY), in the comics "KOTOR" set shortly before the Mandalorian Wars (3964 BBY). He was even in the Council in the comics about Duron Qel-Droma (3993 BBY) and looked like he was already over 40 (this might just be an oversight, but funny in the context of this post). In less than 10 years, Malak received tattoos, unique armor, skin changes due to the influence of DS, lost his jaw, replaced it with a metal plate, as a result received a new voice and, in the end, was killed. Revan shaved / grew facial hair all the time. But the members of the High Council didn't even change their hairstyles (let's assume that Atris had closet full of same white librarian' s robes). This may be a reasonable idea for a mod or, perhaps, some kind of expansion to Full Jedi Council mod to visually reflect passing years on masters, for example, to make Atris and Lonna Vash younger in Holorecord and to age Vrook in the present time. Kavar and Zes-Kai Ell can be changed in any direction, I'm not sure about them (they appeared only in the background of one comic book). What do you think about this subject? And is anyone willing to create such a mod if it fits the lore?
