Maybe it's the same voice from the Vaklu captain from the Onderon palace battle. 20:41 for the voice I'm talking about.

It's kind of hard to figure out, due to the fact that a deleted character isn't exactly credited.

Hey, do you have any idea who Dessicus's voice actor is? I swear I've heard it before in the game.

Also, I should make note that, to be honest, I don't think Dessicus's voice acting is very good. It's just, to put it plainly, bad. I can't wrap my head over what makes it so, but I can hardly believe that Obsidian recorded it. I guess this was why the Genoharadan was removed from the game, or why you're not using the original Dessicus.

I still have doubts, as the hidden Visquis' base fight outcome or what happens with you after Dessicus fight would have to be rewritten. Two times when you fall unconscious and get rescued by your party on one planet is just too much. I was also asking for the head because I thought it would be a good idea to give that one to the Sith Master in Dxun Tomb, but a member of Uthar Wynn's race that isn't a Sith is even cooler.

Furthermore, the armor used by Dessicus in this fight is different from the armor shown in the TSLRP trailers.

Perhaps TG wanted the fight to be purposely difficult, but not that hard. As this was a leaked beta, they likely were unable to fix it by the time production ceased prematurely.
