Welp.. I guess the countless hours/years I poured into retexturing the horrendous original weapon textures were for nought..

Doesn't matter though. This is a must have! These look point-for-point exactly how I've always wished they could look like.

I don't know if Toasty Fresh is going to upload his mod to Deadly Stream - he might do so when he releases his KotOR 2 version, but I simply don't know for sure.

Ah.. and I jumped the gun a bit and wondered why my game kept crashing...  (Is there a bigger facepalm animation..! )XO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

So the .mdls don't work between K1 and K2....

Patiently awaiting release then.. with.. barely contained enthusiasm...

The one here and the one on Deadly Stream are both the same version, and both require Toasty Fresh's mod to be installed first in order for it to work.

Finally, a high poly replacement that retains the original designs. Good work.

This looks really amazing! one thing that bugged me all along in both the Kotor games was, that no matter how high def the characters look, no matter how great the atmosphere was, the weapons allways looked like scrapmetal-pipes with 2x2 textures. I am truely amazed by this! I can't wait to see them in Kotor 2!

This is great! They look SO MUCH better then the normal weapons.

I would use a blaster over a lightsaber any day with this mod

Absolutely. This is truly epic. I love when replacement mods are executed to this high standard.

Hey, I've been having an issue where most of the textures either stay the same or just get a chrome/black checker pattern instead. Might be cause I'm on windows 8.1 though heh heh

so I've downloaded toasty's mod and it cause my game to crash when i start a new game, and I've replaced them with your mod and it still crashes. but i am on Windows 8.1 though, that might be the issues. any help ?

Both this and Toasty's mod crashes my game. Not sure why. Figured I'd report that here though.

Yeah.... seems Wayback will not work either. And I sadly no longer have a computer with the original Rework

So we've got High Quality Blasters, so no problem there, but all the melee weapons will look crappy now :/
