  1. View File HD Robe Icons for JC's Cloaked Jedis and Effix's Extra Robes As I'm sure many of you, I enjoy playing Kotor with JC's Cloaked Jedi Mod. Unfortunately, after using some of the excellent HD icon mods around, the TSL port-quality icons from that mod, end up looking pretty poor in comparison. This mod attempts to fix that by providing high quality icons for it. Since I also like playing with Effix's Extra Robes, I added icons for that mod as well. I plan on releasing a comprehensive robe (and possibly armor) icon mod for TSL eventually, but since I am now going through a K1 play-through. This is what I cared about first. Installation --------------------------------------------------------- Make sure you've installed your robe mods first, then, within this mod browse to the directories of the mods you've installed and drag and drop those files into your Kotor's installation Override directory. Overwrite files once prompted. Submitter Nehua Submitted 05/17/2023 Category Mods K1R Compatible Yes
  2. I'd be absolutely happy to collaborate with you. If you manage to find the time to get the textures working, I'd gladly set the installer up for you to release this as a full TSL HK mod.
  3. Could a second placeable be created and overlaid on top of the current starmap that looks like the starmap base and uses it's textures but isn't transparent?
  4. Thanks! Can confirm, just played through this section and it looked pretty good to me. Don't know if it is the body language selling it or the way the shadows fell on the dude's face or what, but dude looked surprisingly scared to me. Not that there was that much to see in the split second it took for the scene to happen.
  5. This is such a neat idea. Thanks for doing this. Any chance for an installation option for scuba suits only? To me, space suit visors still make sense to me to be kept as reflective in order to protect from dangerous space rays. Whereas for scuba suits I imagine you'd want to maximize how much light can go in or out due to the limited light conditions so transparent would be the way to go.
  6. I took a look at the Kira Carsen mod. It adds an entire row for the head. Which explains why the armor mod ignores it. Renaming the Kira head to override one of the player character heads may be the easiest way of doing this. Otherwise you could edit the appearance.2da file and change the column values in the new kira row, to match the changes the Seikan Armors do.
  7. Here you go. pfhc02.zip Just drag all the files to your override folder. I ported the model and its textures and portrait images. You should be able to overwrite the textures with whichever texture mod you want directly. If you want to use any portrait mod, especially considering portraits are of lower quality in K1, you'll have to do a small rename to the textures. In K1 portraits are in the format po_pfhc2, po_pfhc2d, po_pfhc2d1, and so on. In K2 the first number gets padded with a zero at the beginning, like so: po_pfhc02, po_pfhc02d, po_pfhc02d1 , po_pfhc02d2, etc. There is a mod out there to port all K1 heads to TSL. Reason I am not linking it here is that I found half the heads in that mod to have their normals messed up causing weird shadows around the mouth area.
  8. View File HD TSF Officer a Dark Hope texture recolor A simple recolor of Dark Hope's incredible Rep soldier textures. For convenience I've included bot male and female textures in this mod. This mod requires JC's Republic Soldier Fix for K2 to be installed first in order to work. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Installation: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- First make sure to install JC's Republic Soldier Fix for K2 Once the fix is installed, simply drag and drop the textures in this mod over to your TSL's installation Override directory. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks to Dark Hope for giving me permission to release this. At this point I'm sure I'm pretty much using all of the mods Dark Hope has released in this site in one way or an other. Make sure to check them out! 9. Looks amazing, unfortunately, not only am I seeing the bug Merrkal mentioned above, it also completely messes up with the wookie textures. It mostly eliminates their transparency of their fur, but in some modules, it makes them disappear almost entirely.
  10. Recolor of Dark Hope's Rep soldier textures. Mod currently stuck on approval limbo.

  12. Thanks for pointing this out. That was my bad for updating a screenshot without using the thigh-high boots. I updated the screenshot, but I also recolored the relevant areas in the texture file so that the areas you pointed still work without the thigh-high boots mod.
  13. View File HD Luxa a Dark Hope texture recolor So I was looking through TSL's head textures, and noticed that Luxa's head texture was nothing more than one of the female player Asian heads from K1 recolored to look pink. Likewise, her clothes were nothing more than a standard twi'lek body also recolored to pink. Well, it turns out Dark Hope had made excellent HD textures for both those things: here and here. It was fairly easy then to recolor them to match Luxa's colors. After checking with Dark Hope first, I am releasing them here. I've included both versions of the twi'lek textures Dark Hope has released. I personally like to use one for the dancers and one for Luxa to keep them feeling more distinct. Simply chose the version you want and drag it over to your TSL's Override install directory. To install simply drag and drop the contents of this mod into your TSL's installation override directory. Small Warning: Luxa's model appears to use the Twilek's .txi file rather than her own. For that reason, using the 2023 version may cause a small conflict if you happen to have any other twilek texture mod installed. If you are using Dark Hope's twilek textures, there should be no issue and both files will be identical. Thanks to Dark Hope for giving me permission to release this. At this point I'm sure I'm pretty much using all of the mods Dark Hope has released in this site in one way or an other. Make sure to check them out!
