    Version 1.0.0

AUTHOR: Sith Holocron ORIGINAL RELEASE: 08 FEB 2019 GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1. [This mod will not work in Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2. See Description for more details.] Description: So . . . have you felt I’ve been giving a bit too much love to the light side of the Force with last few sound sets? Fair enough. Now you’ll be able to play with a character with some character - the smooth, suave Imperial Agent from SWTOR. Wreak havoc . . . but with some measure of subtlety. And always with style. This mod is only for Knights of the Old Republic 1. Knights of the Old Republic 2 - although it has the voice files for the male and female PC - the game doesn't have them activated, rendering the Exile mute. If you wish you attempt to perform a work around, that is your own responsibility and not my own. Feel free to make your suggestions on work arounds below if you find a suitable one. Installation: ----------------- You'll not be dropping these into your Override like my usual mods. This time you have new steps to follow. 1) Move the original KotOR1 files that share the file names in this mod to a place you can find them. (I recommend a folder on your desktop but you do you!) Those files will be located in the "Streamsounds" folder. 2) Extract the files from the 7z folder. Grab the new files from that extracted folder and put them in Streamsounds folder. Note: If you're using the mod on Steam, this quote may prove helpful. “I threw the files in Streamsound. I managed to fix it by verifying game files through steam and reinstalling the mod though!” Uninstall: -------------- Remove my files from the Streamsounds folder. Put the original files that you saved elsewhere back in the Streamsounds folder. Legal Disclaimer: ------------------------- All materials and copyrights belong to LucasArts, Bioware and Obsidian Entertainment Inc. I own none of the materials, and I'm not making any money out of this mod. It is to be distributed as-is without alteration, unless notified in writing of permission granted by me. This mod is not to be distributed for profit, either. I hereby state that I specifically do NOT wish this mod to be uploaded to Steam Workshop. I may release this on NexusMods at a later date but I don't wish others to do so. Usage in other mods must be requested and approved by me in writing before your use. Considering trying out (or returning to) SWTOR? You may as well go through my link and help get me some SWTOR referral points! http://www.swtor.com/r/Yt4Qdw

Working on the Cantina, I have decided to create a few neon signs, inspired by some of my original attempts as well as Darth Parametric's signs for Tatooine. This is the first one I have come up with: Let me know what you think and if you have suggestions or ideas for others. Also, just for clarification, these will only be on the inside of the building. And for further viewing enjoyment, check out my old original buildings with garish neon signs: Must have been 10 years ago by now.

Any location other than Program Files and root directory on any drive will work. I have my games (GOG version) installed in D:\Games\SWKotOR and D:\Games\SWKotOR2.

Rather than keep using the status update section, I figured it was probably time I made a thread for my projects to showcase what I'm working on. Recruit Script (3.0) Hopefully, the last revision to this resource. Bringing back the ability to use the string and script parameters in dialog that I deleted in the previous version for some reason. The only breaking change will be the two function's names, which is to help it be more self-explanatory than "RecruitA" and "RecruitB". 😶 I'm also working on a recruit tutorial to accompany it. Echo of the Force Not much to show off yet. I plan to start on the first module tomorrow. As a test of the new version of the above mod resource, I managed to get one of the party members into the game. The clothing in the screenshot is not the intended final clothing. It just was convenient to copy Mira's appearance line when setting up her 2da lines. TSL Heads Port At the same time, I'm also working on porting the TSL heads into KOTOR I. The main issue I can foresee is that the 4 hispanic heads don't have undergarments for the scoundrel and soldier appearances. But, I'll cross that bridge and figure something out when I get to that. Misc As part of redesigning my personal website, I'm updating my readme files from my older mods to make them more consistent. I'm also uploading the ones that weren't here previously to make sure they're available.

I was thinking of something like this for the empty troughs on the sides of the landing bay: Although currently the lightmaps are really flat. Need to fiddle around with them some more.

Here are some other parts of Dantooine with everything greened up: I also decided to address one of the long time minor annoyances I've had. In the Grove, in the cutscene where Juhani freezes your party members the grass planes get extremely stretched. This is exacerbated when you replace the grass plane textures with something a little taller. So I decided the best solution was to extend the stone slabs out a little further and remove the grass from that section. Before: After:
