About This File

Keep in mind this is still a demo / early access for a project that is insanely oversized and may never be fully completed, so probably best for most users to avoid this project / mod for the time being until I have cleared things up a bit more. But feel free to check it out if you wish.

 

The goal of the Expanded Galaxy Project is to provide as much additional content for both games as possible.

NOTE : The current included readme is outdated, so the installation instructions are included below.

#0 Install KotOR2.

#1 Install Official 1.0b Patch ( Steam users don't need this )

This is all required for the project to work properly.

 

Also make sure to download and install the latest patches, I will upload everything in a single package eventually.

Hello there. I had problems with the instalation becauso of the lack of it, it's the very first time I ever tried to install mods that are not from steam. I have access to the planets but not to the dialogues. What I should do? I'm a newcomer

You will have to wait until I release it on the Steam Workshop in the far future or look for a guide on installing non-workshop mods to KotOR2.

I haven't tested with the community patch so it's unlikely, I am hoping to include compatibility for as many fixes as possible or if the authors will permit it include the fixes with the project as a whole.

Will reach out to the authors at some point as well as examine the mod and check if it will be compatible or what I can do to make it compatible.

So far it requires TSLRCM 1.8.5, M478EP 1.5.1 and Coruscant, anything beyond that I haven't tested.

They will need to be adapted, but I am going to do my best to make it as easy as possible for people to work with in the end.

It can be installed manually to the Steam version just fine, I might look at adding it to the workshop later down the line but the Steam Workshop isn't very easy to work with and has a lot of conflicts because people leave themselves subscribed to mods or in this case might not subscribe to the right ones that are required for it already ( TSLRCM, M478EP & Coruscant )

This breaks the game. At the point where you're between pergasus and telos/citadel station this mod puts you at telos on the galaxy map, preventing you from actually traveling to it and thus preventing you from being able to move forward (and as a result not able to go anywhere at all).

Could be that you need the latest patch, as a temporary solution you could warp to 201TEL and it will initiate the cutscene.

I will upload the latest version in a single package at some point.

Did get it and it was still a problem, but turns out just needed to start a new game. The mod (and it's requirements) where applied during pegarus apparently it just didn't like that it seems.

I'm not sure if everyone has this problem, but whenever I try to swoop race on Telos the screen goes black. I can still see the pointer, but nothing loads. I have installed everything in order.
