The Missing Heads in TSL

In another thread, this was brought up.

I'm so glad I kept these pictures before LucasForums came down. (I believe they were originally DarthParametric's work!)

 

Interestingly, the picture for PMHC05 seems to have a texture for it. I assume the untextured ones are amongst the "buried heads" - correct me if I'm wrong. Are any of the others with textures (besides PMHC05) also buried as well?

 

Here's another question as long as I have your attention - shall I assume someone has retextured the untextured ones by now?

 

Perhaps we should have a proper list all of these put up somewhere . . .

The same as any other head mod. Add appearance/heads/portraits.2da entries (where applicable - some already have the two former ones). And add textures and portraits as appropriate.

That is everything there is, as I recall. Although possibly there are some mismatched K1 textures. It's been a while since I looked.

I got to play as PMHC05 (K1 head) in TSL by renaming PMHC05.mdx and mdl files (Extracted from the TSL files) to PMHC07.mdx and PMHC07.mld. doing that changes the orange haired Caucasian male into PMHC05.I also have a few videos of PMHC05 in Kotor 2 using this way of getting it InGame

I should also mention a number of Revenge of Revan Demo heads actually reskin those missing texture heads so while they aren't the K1 style heads there new textures using the models.

This kinda reminds me of when I made myself a list of "What heads did Obsidian mess with that were K1 heads" a few years ago. I had the idea in mind mainly for if somebody wanted to try their hand at adding back a bunch of K1 heads to TSL (without doing the bad deed that begins with a P). I don't remember if I found ALL of them, but I found a good handful. Most of them were the Hidden Heads mentioned above.

 

Just checked and I still have this list... maybe I should post it?

Posting in a spoiler format.

 

Current list from my old txt file froma few years ago. Format as follows:

K1 Head Code = TSL Head
 

 

  Reveal hidden contents

 

 

Also when I have the note "Edited" next to the list, I mean model-wise and texture wise.

 

Reminder, this list is probably incomplete, but I might look back into comparing a bunch of the K1 head files (namely textures) with TSL head files.
