Mystery Malachor V Shuttle

While attempting to find the animated lighting texture seen superimposed (occasionally) on the Malachor V skybox, I came across this small yet interesting texture.

 

 

It's obviously a recolored version of the Telos shuttle but I don't ever recall seeing it on Malachor V or elsewhere. 

 

A theory: Could this have been meant to be used as the shuttle that Kreia used to get from Dantooine to get to Malachor V?

Or it could simply be Sion's shuttle to Nar Shaddaa.

Or both.

Texture is used by 950CORd (recording of the Exile's trial). You can see it briefly at around 2:00 here:

 

For some reason most of Coruscant textures are called MAL_something, which makes it confusing.

So, I took the larger, higher-resolution version of the shuttle texture and colored it like the example above.

Unfortunately, when I tested it in the game, I could hardly tell the difference. (It must be that window in the way that's killing all of the detail.)

 

Still . . . feel free to convert it into a TGA and use it for yourself, if you like. Seeing as the difference was hardly noticeable, it seemed silly to bother to make an official release.

Hmm. Very interesting.... Hey! I wonder if this was going to also be used for this cut content:

 

"It is time - Kreia was supposed to come on board the Ebon Hawk and tell Atton that it is time for them to leave for Malachor (or Telos since she stops there first after Dantooine). Kreia takes the Ebon Hawk from Dantooine to Telos. Player is forced to find an alternate means of transportation to get there."

 

So, maybe THIS could also be the "Alternate means of Transportation" that they were referring to?
