How do you hold yourself back from installing too many mods?

Malkior said "I'm still spending a lot of my time researching readmes and browsing .mdl files and .uti files to make sure my many mods will work together, instead of more important work, like creating more mods..." I think that if more people did that, we'd have a lot more modders creating stuff. I still hold out hope for for that because I think some of these folks have potential for greatness - if they just learn how the game ticks.

My first step was downloading the KotorTool. Before that, it was online tutorials, but once I opened the KotorTool for the first time and saw all of the different file types and how they were all part of the experience, I had to learn all of the intricacies that most modders have memorized. What I'm saying is, it's not just a matter of doing a google search or just looking at readmes. You have to introduce yourself to the complicated world that is the Kotor engine. ..and be open to th...
