  1. Ah yes, Nihilus is great territory for expansion.

     

    Maybe using the Mandalore's armor short circuiting part before the final area to get to the bridge?

    And then he comes in later on the com after Nihilus is dead and whatever ("What are you doing??" etc) That way its more intimate, just you Nihilus and Visas. That also cuts out the whole part with the armor explosion after nihilus is dead, and gives more attention to that dark side smoke. TSLRCM Nihilusvfight was always really cool with the added effects. Also different music, maybe the Nihilus theme with something suitable mixed in.

    New effect for Nihilus' signature drain instead of the detached light orb and lightning would also be really cool. Either that or just removing the drain effect part, it was so bad in the original when he falls and he's force draining out his personal bubble.

    Cutscene off the bridge, show the Exile walking away with Nihilus zombies dropping here and there.

    Cut to the Ravager escape cutscene after that and save the player exiting the Ravager.

     

    It needs to be an event instead of a chore. Really all the bells and whistles you can think of would be amazing.

    Description: reskins for the Jedi master robes, also including a replacement for all robes with the Jedi master model.

     

    I have done unique reskins for the default model to replace the endless copies from vanilla TSL. A few have been kept more or less the same but modified in other ways. Items will appear naturally in game, there is a also a new robe in the Onderon museum.
    There are options in the archive to install the Jedi Master robe model for all robes/as a replacement for the padawan robe model. With both parts there are multiple new master robes to replace the existing robes.

    Installation:
    -choose a version of the mod to use in the mod archive,
    -copy Override folder in mod archive to your Knights Of the Old Republic II directory (there should already be a folder called override there).
    -Alternatively, copy the mod files from the version you chose into the Override folder in your Knights Of the Old Republic 2 directory.
    ((TSLRCM has some of these files, so if TSLRCM is installed, this mod can be overwritten on to those files.))*

     

    Uninstall: files from mod archive must be removed from Override

     

    *TSLRCM Compatibility: This mod will replace some files from TSLRCM, but it is fully compatible otherwise.

    Background:

    This Cortosis skin was originally created from VarsityPuppet's cloaked heavy armor UVmap. I discovered the UVmap functioning on the default heavy armor in 2015. 

    That discovery lead to the discovery of randomly generated matching UVmap designs in KotOR2.

    Adds a LS star forge robe to Vogga's hoard on Nar Shaddaa along with some souvenirs.
    Item code "deluxe" for Star Forge robe.
    Altneratively, Codes: "lightrevan" and "revan" for both
    Conversation between Vogga and Hanharr will add the items, complete the Vogga's hoard quest.
    Do not skip the Vogga Hanharr cutscene at all or else mod may glitch.
    Use file copied to override for Loot/Immersion Compatibility from its respective folder.

     


    This mod is not compatible with TSL Loot & Immersion Upgrade 2.0.7b

     

    Many of you may remember the Star Forge robe in the original KotOR trailers. I have made them both available in-game, as a replacement for the armored flight suit. The SF is on Nar Shaddaa and the Revan tunic is on Korriban. Happy trails.

  5. I have updated to a final draft, changes/features listed in description. Fixed cantina glitch, added several new texture things and freed up space for I robes without cloaked K1 robes (available on site).

Since I added the Rakatan cloak as a replacement to the Exile armband, it seems as though you may be using that mod in conjunction with another mod that utilizes the same equipment slot, maybe something that uses Bastila's robe. Try removing PMBJM and PFBJM MDL/MDX from Override and subfolders. Since the Rakatan robe is armor slot J, anything that acts on the J slot will interfere, including textures though in this case it seems as though there aren't texture problems. Start with looking for PFBJM and if you can find it in Override or a subfolder in Override, delete it.

  7. I'm reading the book "Alchemy of Nine Dimensions" which is relevant and fascinating, and probably playing Skyrim and/or Fallout 3. I have other plans but they're not for here.

    ps props for making a thread I wanted to post about it! All the theories about evolution of consciousness fascinating and are partly joined by the inevitability of a paradigm shift towards a more peaceful, interconnected and technologically advanced world which is already blatantly apparent in modern culture, so I'm already satisfied with the predictions. The rate of our technology's evolution is also part of this idea.

    Adds bounty hunters to the exit sequence of Onderon.

     

     

     

    These NPCs are a fairly high difficulty fight and are placed at the end of the Onderon level. They have credits, weapons, and a new armor as rewards for defeating them. This new encounter is completely TSLRCM compatible.

     

    Those of you who have played my SUPER content mod may recognize this sequence.

     

     

     

    This is a TSLRCM compatible addon to the main Onderon quest, complete with credits and a new custom heavy armor reward.

    This modification for Star Wars KotOR II replaces the Jal Shey armor model with cloaked heavy armor.

    This mod features an originally unused NPC jedi robe, and the Bastila jedi robe model. The new models replace the old four Jedi Padawan robes. There are a total of 12 replacement robes that appear throughout Knights of The Old Republic.

     

    I have also included the old version in the pack in case you want to go on a nostalgia trip.

     

    To Install, place files in the SWKotOR2/Override directory.

    Remove the files from Override to uninstall.

    It will add many additional robes and armors, replace many robes and armors, add and improve loot drops, and it is designed to fit in with TSL. The core item system has been reskinned and replaced from scratch using all the armors and robes I made acoss the years, 2006-2026. I have used my creative judgment lately to create a new lineup of textures for the itens in TSL.

    INSTRUCTIONS AND DETAILS:

    Step 1.

    • Download 7Zip to unpack .7z files (harmless freeware for file packing)

    Step 2.

     

    • Install TSLRCM and any Lightsaber mods you want
    • Next, after installing saber mods or TSLRCM, copy this mod's Override from Mod archive to either your
      • "Program Files/steam/steamapps/common/Knights Of The Old Republic II" ,
      • or  "Program Files/LucaAarts/SWKotOR2" if you're not using the steam version

    Step 3.

    That's it!

    To verify that the mod is working, check it in KSE.

    Misc Information:

    In TSL Loot and Immersion Upgrade, I have revised all the appearance items in the game, and added quite a few new armors and robes.

    • If you are playing for the first time, please start a New Game to fully play the features of this mod.

     

    Armor designs and culture is largely intact, item descriptions and icons have been filled out, and I tried to hide new items all over the game.

     

    • You will receive an Exile item on the Harbinger, and you will also encounter new models and skins for old items throughout the game.
    • Additional items have been created and placed at static loot drop points in the game.

     

    TSLRCM works functions but I do not know if you can reach the HK factory. But, you can complete the game. 

    Likewise I heard that the new merchant on Onderon makes an outcome not passable for Dark Side players, but I don't believe this is the case with version 4.4.4.

    I explain how to bypass these potential glitches further down the page in the Troubleshooting section.

    Troubleshooting:

    Spoiler

     

    • White Box Icon Items :

    This version will patch over these Do not interact with these items.

    Bypassing them is the best way to continue your game. v.4.4.4 will patch these. Only one is know ("Malak's Robe")

     

    • No DS on Onderon :

    If this happens, restart Onderon after removing "npc_gegorran.utc" from Override (After installing the mod, or Before by removing the file from tslpatchdata)

     

    • No HK Factory with TSLRCM:

    Before meeting with Kavar, remove "end_mand.dlg" from Override (After installing the mod, or Before by removing the file from tslpatchdata instead). 

     

    • Spelling:

    Please, have mercy on me! :)

     

    • Star Forge Robe Items Crashing:

    This is because not all NPCs including party members are able to wear this type of item in default TSL. I believe Atton, Handmaiden, Exile, and Disciple can wear.

  15. I love this idea, because I've always hated the vanilla G0-T0. A more interesting droid would be very welcome in my opinion, even though I also really agree with Sith Holocron that the new droid has to fit with the party's descriptions of G0-T0 or else the quality of the mod is hurt. A bigger droid than HK is sensible even though I'm not sure what that would look like. Don't make him so big that he doesn't fit places though, a droid that can move about the Ebon Hawk without clipping is good. But yeah this type of mod has huge potential for success!
