  1. Version 2.0.7b has some more immersion in mind with the main features (onderon merchant inventory, encounters have been modified). I also added a new type of armor to the merchant inventory, and reduced the duplicates in the inventory. If you're already playing TSL with 2.0.7b, just reinstall the mod. Features should appear normally. 


  2. ^ Download the mod, and then go into the tslpatchdata folder. The files are: n_spaceman_low.tga, ia_disguise_003.tga, Legal.tga, and load_default.tga. Copy them to Override, and you're set. Don't reinstall the entire mod if you already started a playthrough with 2.0.7.

     

    Edit: I updated multiple mod files and also the above mentioned files once more. Same info applies to those files listed above, just copy them to Override from tslpatchdata in the updated mod archive. The mod page and installer should have up-to-date information now, and there is a new skin and icon for the flight armor item.


  3. ^ It should be fine now. I updated the archive with a few tweaks that made that compatible, I also fixed some broken textures and modified the Onderon encounter item drop to include a new type of armor I've been working on. Rather exciting, any basic replacement of the padawan or master robes should now be fully compatible with this mod (NOT Jal Shey or Flight Suit replacements), and that includes the 3 you asked about earlier. Mods that only add to the default robes won't work though, only replacement mods.


  4. ^ Same deal, they will replace content in the Loot & Immersion upgrade so install Loot & Immersion, and those two mods after. They may glitch on some new robe items from Loot & Immersion but the default robes will be replaced and work with the Loot & Immersion mod.

  6. I will try my best to do this mod, I have fairly limited time but I'd love to see a Kylo Ren in either KOTOR. No porting from other games, but this is totally doable I've wanted to do it for a while but never really bothered.

  7. Hey DarthParametric, looking good there with the cloaked heavy armor. That model idea has tons of potential.

     

    Have you considered doing a female version of the item, a cloaked female heavy armor? And if so, can you PM me first? :D Thanks, I have info about it for you.


  8. ^ Sorry it took me so long to address this question, luckily the answer is yes: If you are replacing files in Override with the Loot/Immersion Upgrade, it means you have a mod in override that does something also done in Loot/Immersion Upgrade BUT whatever it is will be saved in the auto-generated backup folder from the Loot/Immersion installer, which should be kept handy while you play the mod in case you want to uninstall or something appears wrong in TSL. If something does appear wrong, it is very likely caused by other mods. Conflicts with the STEAM version of TSLRCM have been addressed a few times.

     

    Unfortunately there is a hierarchy of files conflict with the STEAM version of TSLRCM, and Loot/Immersion Upgrade. The issue is a little difficult to fix without knowledge of the mod, the idea is to have all the files from loot/immersion upgrade be "read-only" so they don't get replaced by the same files somewhere else. With the Steam version of TSLRCM you will need to do this to play the full loot/immersion mod. 

     

    Install Loot/Immersion mod LAST after installing whatever other mods before playing. Don't install other mods after the Loot/Immersion upgrade, keep it last in the installation order. This is a fairly important step to the installation that can be easy to miss.
     

    To make the loot/immersion files "read-only" easiest way is to select them all (EXCEPT FOR .2DA FILES) from the downloaded mod archive directory tslpatchdata and right click, select the "properties" button, and hit the "read-only" checkbox. Next, copy the "read-only" files to Override and replace any existing files. Remember to not do this for the .2DA files. Doing that last in your mod installation order will hopefully resolve issues for the mod.

  9. ^ Why exactly? I wasn't aware of any incompatibility.

     

    It changes the HKs and G0-T0's environment map in appearance.2da to CM_Baremetal and also uses a modified P_Gt.tga, for G0-T0. I haven't had the crash issue with the changes and that is the only thing affecting G0-T0 and HKs on G0-T0's yacht from Loot & Immersion upgrade. 

     

    Try installing TSLRCM and then Loot/Immersion Upgrade in that order. Also try turning off frame buffer effects. I run those two mods and I haven't had this problem, but "light.uti" was an old file reference in the installer only. 


  10. Ah yes, Nihilus is great territory for expansion.

     

    Maybe using the Mandalore's armor short circuiting part before the final area to get to the bridge?

    And then he comes in later on the com after Nihilus is dead and whatever ("What are you doing??" etc) That way its more intimate, just you Nihilus and Visas. That also cuts out the whole part with the armor explosion after nihilus is dead, and gives more attention to that dark side smoke. TSLRCM Nihilusvfight was always really cool with the added effects. Also different music, maybe the Nihilus theme with something suitable mixed in.

    New effect for Nihilus' signature drain instead of the detached light orb and lightning would also be really cool. Either that or just removing the drain effect part, it was so bad in the original when he falls and he's force draining out his personal bubble.

    Cutscene off the bridge, show the Exile walking away with Nihilus zombies dropping here and there.

    Cut to the Ravager escape cutscene after that and save the player exiting the Ravager.

     

    It needs to be an event instead of a chore. Really all the bells and whistles you can think of would be amazing.

    Description: reskins for the Jedi master robes, also including a replacement for all robes with the Jedi master model.

     

    I have done unique reskins for the default model to replace the endless copies from vanilla TSL. A few have been kept more or less the same but modified in other ways. Items will appear naturally in game, there is a also a new robe in the Onderon museum.
    There are options in the archive to install the Jedi Master robe model for all robes/as a replacement for the padawan robe model. With both parts there are multiple new master robes to replace the existing robes.

    Installation:
    -choose a version of the mod to use in the mod archive,
    -copy Override folder in mod archive to your Knights Of the Old Republic II directory (there should already be a folder called override there).
    -Alternatively, copy the mod files from the version you chose into the Override folder in your Knights Of the Old Republic 2 directory.
    ((TSLRCM has some of these files, so if TSLRCM is installed, this mod can be overwritten on to those files.))*

     

    Uninstall: files from mod archive must be removed from Override

    Background:

    This Cortosis skin was originally created from VarsityPuppet's cloaked heavy armor UVmap. I discovered the UVmap functioning on the default heavy armor in 2015. 

    That discovery lead to the discovery of randomly generated matching UVmap designs in KotOR2.

    Adds a LS star forge robe to Vogga's hoard on Nar Shaddaa along with some souvenirs.
    Item code "deluxe" for Star Forge robe.
    Altneratively, Codes: "lightrevan" and "revan" for both
    Conversation between Vogga and Hanharr will add the items, complete the Vogga's hoard quest.
    Do not skip the Vogga Hanharr cutscene at all or else mod may glitch.
    Use file copied to override for Loot/Immersion Compatibility from its respective folder.

     


    This mod is not compatible with TSL Loot & Immersion Upgrade 2.0.7b

     

    Many of you may remember the Star Forge robe in the original KotOR trailers. I have made them both available in-game, as a replacement for the armored flight suit. The SF is on Nar Shaddaa and the Revan tunic is on Korriban. Happy trails.

  14. I have updated to a final draft, changes/features listed in description. Fixed cantina glitch, added several new texture things and freed up space for I robes without cloaked K1 robes (available on site).
