I don't know about needing a scripting guru for it... wouldn't a global be enough? As the time progresses the same script that changes the time setting will also update the global, global is read upon map/save-game load and thus loads the correct background to play? I suppose the big question is... how do you model the .mdl and .mdx'es, and what's the current method of progressing time code-wise...

Bugs and minor inconveniences with TSLRCM 1.8.4
Hassat Hunter replied to Hassat Hunter's topic in TSLRCM
Zip or rar up the entire folder, and then upload it here to the forum during your response ("more reply options")... -
If I'm correct it's what's behind B-4D4's desk before going into the open section with all the desks... not something one would usually look at.

Bugs and minor inconveniences with TSLRCM 1.8.4
Hassat Hunter replied to Hassat Hunter's topic in TSLRCM
Thanks. Appears that the installer installs the english .MOD file for 106PER for all languages. Oops... will get fixed if we update the installer again. As mentioned these files are generated while a game is in progress, and the folders can remain if the game hasn't exited the correct way. I've never had them include any files however even with a CTD, and usually booting up the game removed any leftovers. So strange this didn't happen for you and you had to clear them manually, but glad you can proceed again. 1) You're using the most recent TLSRCM? (1.8.3) 2) Using the M4 mod, you do use the EP (m4-78ep), right? Version 1.1. And installed after 1.8.3? 3) If both these are true, can you otherwise upload a savegame... it generally is caused by Kreia-skins, but if you think you don't have any I'd be interested to know what else it might be. Sometimes it's related to there being 5 Jedi Masters found according to the savegame, which should not be possible. -

I'll just quote what I typed over at LF, it's my opinion; -
Decided to download the file to check... 1) Why is changeedit.exe included in the download? 0_o 2) I have no idea why there's a StreamVoice and streamvoice listed in the changes.ini 3) Pretty much everything is patched with the TSLPatcher, so in first sight it looks absolutely fine for 1.8.3. Only one that might not be in Goto.dlg, but I never really understood TSLPatcher's way with it. But since it got changed between versions, I can't guarantee the Replies and Entries are still correct, though most probably they will be...

You might want to try using the GFFEditor to add the plc simply inside the .git file, rather than whatever program you seem to use for that. You can easily get the co-ordinates with the Whereami armband, although KOTOR1 also allows the cheat since the console isn't invisible there...

It will most likely revert fixes we made to both the cantina conversation and Vogga, so yeah... use at your own risk. Or use a dlg-editor and get on it yourself It shouldn't be that difficult, and we can help you out if it proves to be.

Me typo'ing .tga... whoops.

Well, I have no clue... With TSLRCM it's supposed to be like; (B4 starts around 5 minute in). Since that's done scriptwise, the only thing that might intervene is other stuff modifying Telos on-enter scripts...

Then you aren't using TSLRCM. What version (Steam, 4CD)? Where did you install the game to? Default? And the mod?

Then... you should know that music is already there with TSLRCM?

Use TSLRCM?

Recoloring the UI shouldn't be that difficult, no .gui files needed, just open the textures of the HUD elements, color them to desire and save them .tpg to the KOTOR2 override, keeping the transparency intact. I don't see any "turquoise" parts in those screenshots, and no, you can pretty much change everything, it's textures aren't hidden or hardcoded or anything...

Could be we messed something up in the italian .dlg file/installation, do you have the Italian version for me to check (before installing TSLRCM and after)? @LeinadStorm; Could you upload a savegame just before starting the battle? -

Has nothing to do with TSLRCM though, that's using M4-78EP on a non-english version... -
That would be because of the "conversation" field in the .utc. They may share the same name, but the contents may be very different. Like having a differently named conversation triggered. There would be no conversation the name of the Bith on Tatooine on Korriban, hence nothing would happen. As stated, this would only happen if placed in override though, not if the file is directly added to a .mod or .rim If for example one would place all modified NPC's of TSLRCM in override, many would override themselves (doubles of the same name) as well as even overwriting some not changed by us simply due to having the same name. Same for .dlg's, many are shared amongsts modules (Like Zherron in 601 and 602, Kumus in 502 and 503 etc. etc.) who have the exact same name, and more than a few modmakers made the mistake to drop those simply in override, breaking the entire game... Odly enough for Telos they did name them differently (like grenn, 202grenn, 220grenn). Although there are still many duplicates, apparently from the 2 residential areas, czerka and the exchange front being orriginally one map. Same can be found on Nar Shaddaa where it really seemed like they tried to make it one giant map, rather than split up as it is now, and 301 as a result being filled with clutter from the other modules (and some of the other modules with stuff from 301 or others too), several of them outdated. And these leftover files caused more than a few problems on those maps aswell, but hopefully we caught and elimated them all... And it seems I went pretty off-topic there .

Gave the mod a testrun on a new re-install of the game with TSLRCM 1.8.3, no problems at all with it... worked as intended :/ So, still same question. Did she appear post-Coruscant cutscene?

Booted the game, here's my HK... only had a save at the end of the factory, but throughout only the armor changed; * Droid Motivator Booster/Droid Scavenger Upgrade * Droid Battle Upgrade * Capacitator Armor (but that's found in the factory, no idea what I wore before that. But it's nearly impossible to die wearing this) * Random shield that has seen no use Weapons; * Mandalorian Ripper (Pinpoint Scope MK IV, Precision Chamber MK III, Ion Charger MK V) * Aratech Droid Oxidizer (Pinpoint Scope MK IV, Precision Chamber MK III, can't use 3rd slot) * Using Standard Attack throughout the factory.

@ Torian; Have a savegame? @ Atton; 1st is not a bug. The option is there to ask it right away. Not sure what the question is, you always need to tell Luxa to kill him, but only if with Czerka you actually need to kill him...
