I just checked my inventory and it seems I have this as well -
Yes, I've gotten all parts according to the quest log. The lens, emitter, and Solace crystal. It says all that is left is to construct it at a workbench, but there is no option to do so

I have gotten all the parts for the honored duelist saber, but there doesn't seem to be an option to craft it for some reason. It worked well in my previous playthrough, but it's not working now
