Bugs and minor inconveniences with M4-78EP (1.2)

The bonus mission about finding out more about what happened prior to the player's arrival on M4-78 was left in a state impossible to complete when I did not ask the maintenance droid in the industrial zone about the "missing" turrets prior to talking to ES-05. I loaded up a save from before I had talked to ES-05 for the first time, went back and progressed the mentioned mission further and then talked to ES-05 and I was able to complete the mission. The droid in charge of cleaning got permanently stuck outside the shack in the industrial zone after the conversation he had with the maintenance droid there. He does not go back to his original location. The maintenance droid in the industrial zone appears to be stuck in front of his console instead of being in his shack. This becomes especially strange when you can ask him about the droids he is working on, yet he's not even in that room with the broken droids. The crime scene with the droid that got aggressive seemed to never reset. The droid that was aggressive along with the "police" droids never left the place, looking very dramatic, until M4-78 became active again. Perhaps intentional. The escort droids were a bother. They often would not escort me to places that I had already unlocked. And the central zone one wouldn't take me all the way to the environmental zone. I think after activating M4-78, it started working properly. Also I experienced some lag/stutterings in this mod, mainly on a few locations. Not on other planets. (I know there's a thread on this. I haven't read it.). I did not start TSLRCM+M4-78EP with a new save file. I may even have used earlier versions of the mods on a previous TSL installation (I recently installed TSL again and started playing after a 4 year break, using save files from 2011 stored on my external hard drive), though I installed the mods well before reaching Korriban and M4-78, and for the rest of the playthrough it went pretty bug-free. Oh, and why did the droid in the environmental zone, the one that had changed its own programming, why did it not sound robotic? Oh... haha! I must have missed that part. By the way, apparently if you force sight Vaklu, he is neither light or dark, but gray. PS. Why are the Jedi so unforgiving? Why do they not try to turn you in the right direction instead of instinctively fight the player.

Onderon - War is Complicated I am playing a light side character, but I decided to rebel against queen Talia with Vaklu. Perhaps I missed something, but, neither choice (Talia or Vaklu) seemed truly ethical. However, revolution appeals to me, and I did not want to support monarchy (because it's not democratic). However, doing so made all remaining Jedi assume I had fallen to the dark side and there are no LS dialog options to say *No, I do not seek to destroy remaining Jedi.", which Kavar is stating that I "with no doubt" am. It is unreasonable that the civil war on Onderon (which to me seemed like a side quest) is what determines weather you are good or bad for the rest of the game. It didn't even give DS points to side with Valu, yet the Jedi seems to deem it very dark indeed. You often have the option to change your mind in the last second to be good or bad but certainly not here. I would like a mod that adds light side choices if the player has decides to team up with Vaklu. And perhaps an option to turn on Vaklu upon meeting Kavar and join in with him and the Queen. Perhaps change Kavar's dialog as to not imply that the player has fallen to the dark side unless its alignment really is DS. If this is too much work, make the dialog choices that results in teaming up with Vaklu in the first place sound more evil. For me to play it, it has to be TSLRCM compatible. Also, if someone would direct me to the steps required to make such a mod and relevant tutorials, I may look into it.
