One of my favorite mods for K1. Near impossible to beat and somewhat scary!

I want to extend a heartfelt shoutout to @Cortisol, the mastermind behind this incredible Toolset, and commend your decision to make the entire project open source.
My contributions to the toolset have consisted of expanding functionality, fixing bugs, providing documentation, refactoring for stability/consistency, and thorough testing across different platforms.
My recent endeavor to create a **SAVEditor** illuminated the vast amount of work involved in such a project. It was an eye-opening experience where I had to construct entire save/load functionalities from scratch, develop a robust data structure, and design a user-friendly editor interface. Despite leveraging the framework of existing editors, the task is still daunting and has underscored the monumental effort required to complete.
The sheer complexity and effort required to develop even a single editor are colossal, yet this toolset boasts a comprehensive suite of PyQt-based editors, each demonstrating remarkable functionality. This toolset seemingly took several years of work and was provided to the public for free. A wild thing to see pop up out of nowhere, for a twenty-year-old game.
A massive thank you to @Cortisol for your invaluable contribution and for making this groundbreaking work accessible to all. Your dedication and talent have not only advanced the KOTOR modding scene but also inspired a community of developers, including myself, to push the boundaries of what's possible.

Thank you for your work on this. Those default dialog choices always had me rolling my eyes.

I've questioned many of the developers of this project, and dived into some insane rabbit holes just to understand what on earth this project was intended to be.\
To save anyone the time of doing this themselves, let me be frank and blunt: this project has been heavily bloated full of nonsense plotlines and content that frankly makes no sense.
The intro does absolutely nothing to prepare the player for the story ahead, the backlore required to understand half of this requires you almost play through the entirety of one of the TOR campaign lines (spoilers are present).
There's two revisions which is important to understand. Revision 1 was HARIII's, and iiuc N-Drew's nuggets that turned into a draft. It is my understanding 90sk took those and ran with it without staying authoritative to the original revisions. I spent maybe an hour or two speaking with both N-Drew and 90sk and what I came to understand is basically this. I post this simply because I'd love to see the original revision and the new revision and their entirety of their dialogue trees and plot points, as well as whose contributions caused specific changes to be evident.
From what I understand N-DreW has backed away from this project simply because it's gotten too... convoluted... for him to even approach anymore. Some of the ideas in revision 2 just make zero sense at all, such as hitting a plot point that transports one to the future to see Luke Skywalker and R2-D2. Just nonsense on top of nonsense.
While it is impressive this TC actually is fully playable without softlock bugs being immediately evident, i struggle so much to get into this revision because the versioning scheme doesn't follow semvar, and it's constantly being overhauled with some large rework/new vision that makes it feel like everything I previously experienced lore-wise and dialogue-wise has been cut and no longer exists. It fails to build on itself basically.
I'd love to see the full scoop of what exactly happened during development of this mod but dying to a gizka at least brought me a laugh. 10/10

Much better and faster than TSLPatcher.

With mod retextures, it seems like even just adding one retexture causes all the other textures to feel very out of place. So naturally, you go searching for more, as if you're trying to solve the puzzle.
While you don't see the default hilts in the game very often (hidden by the holder's hands), when you do, they are very bland and boring, and really stick out like a sore thumb in a playthrough with multiple other ai upscales and other various retextures. This mod does a great job of adding yet another piece to the puzzle.
The screenshots do not do this mod justice, this retexture is great.

These saves have been a great help to me for testing major plot-points for K1. The saves themselves are chosen in decent locations where you aren't hard locked into finishing one event first. It's a very complete list of saves for *all* classes. Everything is remarkably documented and labeled.
It's a simple release, but one can tell as a end user that some extra thought was put into this. Well done.

Why does deadlystream let creators review their own apps?
3/5 gets the job done. v2 should be 4/5 if not 5/5
