  1. Anyone here watching Doctor Who? Mixed feelings on the new series after the first episode. Visually it looked amazing and it certainly feels fresh enough, but the story left a lot to be desired and unsure about Whittaker's Doctor yet (not a gender thing). She felt like an awkward mix of the 10th & 11th Doctor. Still curious to see how the series plays out...

  2. Ah okay, for some reason I can't find the name of the Taris swoop track anywhere so I'll give it a whirl with Nar Shaddaa & post back - thanks!
  3. The Harbinger is looking particularly amazing, nice work!
  4. DUDE, thank you so much. That looks great! EDIT: @ebmar, are you able to do the same for K2? Not a problem at all if not, I appreciate you doing this for K1
  5. Hey everyone, as it exists outside the realms of my knowledge, would anyone be able to reskin the swoop rider model visible during the swoop races in both K1&2? The skin I'd like it to be changed to is this one. If anyone's unsure what I mean, see the image attached. For any help it's worth, @Sith Holocron has kindly given me the names of these models in both games, they are: K1 - V_Suprbike01.tga K2 - v_rider01.tga Thanks in advance!
  6. Thanks for getting back to me on this. I think I understand it a little better now, but I'm still confused as to what I actually *do* first. By finding the three files in modules. rim files I'm assuming you mean RIM - Modules in KOTOR Tool? I'm unsure where to go from there. I know tar_m03af is the swoop platform (where Bastila is held captive) but I don't know where I'm looking for the actual swoop track itself.
  7. This is where my lack of modding experience becomes a bit of an issue. I understand how to open the script and save a blank one in its place but I'm very confused on the first part. Where/what is an .are/,ifo file, and what is a GFF editor? I've found "Open GFF Files" in the KOTOR Tool menu but I'm not sure if that's it.
  8. First session of recording lines for my prequel series is done! Very different challenge to voice Revan before he turns evil...

      Sounds cool!

  9. Interesting, how did you get the bikes in the shot in such high quality? They look like they're in motion, too. What about the HUD/clock that displays in game during the races? From experimenting with GL the HUD follows behind the bike at a distance.
  10. Issue with that is GLIntercept only shows what the player is 'facing', and as the swoop bikes are locked onto a straight facing route it doesn't render anything behind the bike, making what I can shoot fairly limited. It's something I plan to incorporate, sure, but having a full 360 view of the track would be ideal.
  11. Is it possible to warp onto the swoop tracks themselves without spawning in the swoop bike? Specifically for Taris and Nar Shaddaa. I know the warp code for Nar Shaddaa is 371NAR but that spawns me in the bike. Is it possible to get there without the bike? Asking for a machinima related reason...
  12. Ooh, if only this was out when I was doing my K2 film series. Nice work either way, looks great!
  13. Want a say in what the Ebon Hawk might look like in my future KOTOR films? You might want to check out this blog then!

Yes, I will be making more blog to cover other areas but why not start out with a simple one, folks?  I've already mention my own suggestions to DV and even made a new texture for him to use as well. (Surprisingly, it isn't one of the monitors that I usually do.)

  14. New 2TB SSD installed... it's the simple/nerdy things in life that please me. Though I imagine it will mostly be filled with FRAPS captures.

  15. Same here usually, my friend. I dread to imagine how bad my memory will be in 40 years time. I think you did it for me back in November time.
  16. Nah, I don't think that cut audio is in the folder I have for Carth. I'll double check.
  17. Thanks @ebmar! It’s been mostly @Sith Holocron & myself since the beginning, but we’ve had some fantastic help along the way. @Jenko has been a great help for consulting when writing KOTOR scripts (and teaching me how to write them) and it’s thanks to @DarthParametric that Zekk has his wonderful head wound in this film.
  18. Enjoy the movie marathon, SH! Alternatively, there are recaps of the first three films on my channel if you want to dive straight into TPK, but that's up to you. Here are the two lovely album covers designed by @Sith Holocron! TPK Soundtrack Cover (red).bmp TPK Soundtrack Cover (yellow).bmp
  19. Hey everyone, The day is finally here. The Prodigal Knight is finally out and viewable for everyone. Four years of work culminating in this final film You can watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_BZpAZM43Zo What a journey this has been. Thank you so much to all of you for your patience and support in particular this year as the first half of 2018 was a bit rocky for me. This has been exhausting, but so much fun, and I'm so glad I could see it though to the end. To my countless voice actors - you know who you are! - thank you to all of you so much, again. Please feel free to leave any kind of review, feedback, etc., you like! That's all for now, I really hope you all enjoy it. Now I suppose I should look at adapting that other Knights of the Old Republic game? Hmm, maybe a short break first... Take care, ~ DV Oh, and you might wanna stick around until after the credits...
  20. Interesting stuff. Might be able to utilize some of this Carth dialogue in my prequels...
