      Depends when you ask. If the harbinger map; yes, always there. If in the Sion cutscene, nope, in the cutscene (and zbyl's original mod) they are just generic corpses.

      Oh, gotcha. So it was the talk about cutscene I remember reading that made me confused about what thy should have been in the actual module.
