This mod will restore the unused male Asian head to be selectable during character creation. Given that it required flipping a single value in portraits.2da, I'm surprised it hasn't been done before.

Run the TSL Patcher and sit back, the installer will handle everything, including compatibility with other mods.

Make new character and enjoy.
