I think the mod makers deal with compatibility with the most current version - which is TSLRCM 1.8.5 at the moment.

I believe he is confused at the fact that the Hologram mod is version 1.2 but the way deadlystream handles the names it looks like it says "for TSLRCM 1.2" and not "for TSLRCM" as it was intended.

 

And I also believe he is asking if he can use the Hologram mod and the NPC Overhaul together without an incompatibility: To which I say, it's untested but I wouldn't worry too much about it. The worse that could happen is an overhauled NPC who is also a Hologram who isn't fixed because he isn't included in the Hologram mods list of fixes.

Chances are it won't be 100% compatible, but I've never used it so I couldn't say for certain. Basically if the NPC Overhaul changes any scripts/GITs/etc. to point to different UTCs than what TSLRCM uses, then those instances won't receive hologram fixes. The only way to find out would be to install both and see. Just make sure you install NPC Overhaul first, then the Hologram fixes afterwards.
