MrPhil Posted August 10, 2013 Posted August 10, 2013 Small M4-78EP issue. Using T3-M4, I just began to explore after the first droid you encounter lets the droid down. Stumbled on a sympathetic droid, but also very quiet: IS-57's dialogue is "Hello". However, there is no voice or beep-boops coming out when he says-it. So that's my first issue yet.

Dylan Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 IS-43 uses a protocol droid model during the radiation leak but then after the radiation is gone, his model changes to the cut droid model.

Leoj Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 So is the Bonus Mission: Recent Events on M4-78 quest bugged? I have no idea who to talk to complete it and its bothering me. It is telling me to investigate the person responsible for the radiation leak as they had something to do with the fight but nothing else will update it. I've already beaten the rest of M4-78 except for that quest and its bothering me.
zbyl2 Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 You can complete it but it's a little bugged, yes. If you pick it up too late, or finish the Industrial Zone without updating some of the entries for this quest, you may be unable to complete it.
Leoj Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 Ok that is what I did. I got to ES-05 before talking to the droid right near the Environmental zone entrance. That is most unfortunate it is stuck in my quest log. Oh well. Don't want to replay 3 hours of work on the planet just to finish it. Thank you for the speedy response. Also nice avatar!
zbyl2 Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 If it updated after talking to the droid near the Environmental Zone's entrance, then you may still be able to complete it. I don't remember off the top of my head which dialog options with ES-05 completed this quest, but they may still be available - go talk to her again, see what happens!

Vicecitizen Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 I just started replaying M4-78 and noticed this misspelling in the Central Zone: Conspicious War Droid should be spelled Conspicuous. Don't forget to change it in the journal entry "A Long Walk" either. Thanks.
MrPhil Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 (edited) IS-43 speaks to the Maintenance Droid. He says something along the line of "Your task is not as important as main". Should be *mine*, instead. Wow, I've had just about 5-6 occurences when voiced characters would say lines and the voice was not heard as the reply was displayed. For example, when asking about contacting Lonna Vash to IS-24, his answer is not heard, though it is displayed. Edited August 15, 2013 by MrPhil

zbyl2 Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 Reporting engine issues is not worth it since they're unfixable. Reporting missing lines or other issues in the mod itself is certainly welcome Just because we don't reply to each report doesn't mean we don't see them.
MrPhil Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 How do I know engine issues from the rest - that I ain't too sure about, though. I just report whatever doesn't work on my end that I know to be *not* engine issues, though my knowledge on the latter is not nearly big as yours lol.

Hassat Hunter Posted August 29, 2013 Author Posted August 29, 2013 The loading screens can't really be helped. If we make M4 specific ones, those would show up too when the Ravager attacks Telos. As for the Walking Droid, IIRC it takes a small while after being destroyed before the shadow gets unmade. Thanks for the others, will look at fixing them with the patch!

ZhedAxxal Posted September 18, 2013 Posted September 18, 2013 Unfortunately I can't even complete the new mod because I have major lag when I play as the main PC and get into the Industrial zone. Everytime I try to move he is stuck and it's like that if I switch out charactesrs. I even switched from High graphics {which the game can handle up until this moment} to low...anti thing was off and I never run with shadows or grass on. I am just annoyed and sad. When I went through as HK for the droid to take care of the radiation problem so my main pc could enter, I didn't have lag anywhere. So I am not sure why the lag is occurring when the pc enters to do tasks to try and find Master Vash. I have kept trying to play from my save reducing everything so I would hope the game would go smoother but the character is simply stuck when trying to walk/move. I sincerely hope there will be a small update where the areas will run smoother so I can actually play through this mod. On a positive note...what I have played so far seems great and it rocks! Same problem here. Although it doesn't really fix the problem, I've found that if turn the camera around so that you can see the PC's face and then walk towards the camera, the character moves as normal. But it's hard to not see where you're going, though. I have a game breaking bug on a main questline. After I watch the video recording on the terminal near the droid maintenance area, I go talk to the maintenance droid who says he'll repair it or something. When the screen fades to black as it shows the droid and the Exile walking away, it stays black... forever. Any ideas as to why that could be (other than a bug that slipped through)? Just be prepared to wait a really long time, but the screen eventually fades in back to normal.
