LucasArts is about to re-release the KOTOR series to stores. GameStop and Amazon have listed Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Collection as a bundle pack for the two single-player role-playing games. It’s only weeks from release, too.

Typical, just a few weeks after I shelled out for KOTOR 2 on its own for a massive £2.50 incl postage. lol.

Think it's compatible with Windows 7 and newer display drivers with far less crashes and widescreen support? >_>

 

I doubt fans could be bothered doing the fixes required in the registry and display driver control panel bit to get this game working on newer computers to be honest.

TSL from the bundle reads Version 2.2, is this the same as the fully updated original?

I got the bundles games and my version is 2.2 So I guess I won't use the patch I had to make it 2.10? lol Beats me but it's cool how one game fits on one disk. And it works for Windows Vista as the old games I had were not even made for windows vista but xp and I always had to use it in another compatibility form.

It would have been 1 disc in 2004 (2003 for KOTOR1) if it wasn't for stupid Wallmart... *grumble*
