I'm not able to get through the door in Exar Kun's Tomb I have the Crystal of Darkness but it won't let me walk through the door is there anyway to fix this and if so can you please explain how to fix it

After creating the hilt and acquiring it, as I look at it in the inventory or putting it into a lightsaber, the hilt is armour and not a way to upgrade a lightsaber is there a fix to that?
