This thread will contain all of my WIP mods as they come. For now, have a look at the few places featured in the TSL version of the NPC Overhaul mod. Dantooine Battle Mercs - No more 50 billion of 3rd Caucasian Male clones with shielding visor and prop weapons. Now they wield actual arms. Militia health was upped accordingly so they don't drop dead too early. Dantooine Salvagers - Never understood the concept of having them in rags. Sure, they're scavengers, but even scavs have money for some basic equipment. They had to get to Dantooine somehow after all. Telos Cantina - Trask, Gendar and Gadon return from the dead to work as Exchange enforcers. Commoners no longer wear the same 11th variant of clothing. Telos Exchange Offices - Consistent with Cantina appearances, plus giving the Black Vulkar Nikto characters more screentime again. Korriban Tomb - Always felt TSL robes are meant to be a design retcon, since they're shown in the Exile's trial, taking place before Jedi Civil War. So, the visions wear different master robes. Note that these may differ across games, as I have Deadman's Movie Robes installed. Nebelish is no longer a randomly dead Dustil. Nar Shadda Refugee Quad - Always bothered me that the refugees scraping the bottom of the barrel could still afford clean clothes. Especially when there are two variants of dirty ones in the game. Moar to follow.

True. Oddly enough, I was remembering Hanharr as Chewbacca in his Bounty Hunter disguise when was in the story for the Shadows of the Empire event. I must be tired. (Folks that weren't of age when this was around, feast your eyes on this horror of an action figure.)

In this case, that's a problem for two reasons. KOTOR Tool has a bug that causes all items in a creature's inventory to be droppable even if they were set to not drop before. K-GFF is the preferred method for this sort of editing. If you don't loot Brejik's corpse, the game will script in a yellow lightsaber for Bastila no matter what changes you've made to Brejik's inventory. So you'll have to edit that script as well.

Thanks to my bros @DarthParametric @bead-v and @JCarter426 for hammering on MDLEdit. Looks like y'all will be getting a ghostly Ajunta Pall after all (along with a bug fix or two) Screenshot has been brightened so the transparency can be seen more easily

Yeah I always found it galling. It was stupid. Didn't she lead the raid on Revan's flagship? That would be a job for a master ideally, but if not then at least a knight. Certainly not a padawan. And later on she says she wondered if the mission with the player was a test by the Council to see if she was ready to be made a master. You don't jump straight from padawan to master. I think it was probably changed at some point simply so that she didn't outrank the player.

Yes. The interface isn't as user-friendly, but it shows you exactly what is in the GFF file so you can't go wrong if you know what you're doing. You may find it easier, though, to edit the inventory in KOTOR Tool and then use K-GFF just to remove the drop bugs. This is as simple as searching for each item and setting the drop flag from 1 to 0. You can write them with Notepad, and in this case you don't have to write the whole script but just change the item resref from g_w_dblsbr004 to whatever you want. The trouble is, though, the source scripts are not included in the game files, so you would likely need DeNCS to decompile it. Source scripts are regular text files saved with an NSS extension. These need to be compiled to NCS before being put into the game. Likewise, you need to decompile NCS to NSS to edit them. Both NWNSSCOMP for compiling and DeNCS for decompilng can be found here.
