Content Pack: Feats And Powers (TSL ver)
Version 1.67


Installation:

-Run the included TSLPatcher.exe and select your installation directory (the folder containing swkotor2.exe, NOT the Override).
-You can use this version on a non-English copy, but the descriptions will still be in English.


Details:

-Content Pack: Feats and Powers is a collection of feats and powers for KotOR II:TSL.
-It contains 26 new feats, in 15 separate feat chains.
-In addition, it contains 5 new force powers, in 2 separate power chains.
-Starting a new game is not required.
-Full details are included in the TSL Patcher writeup.


History:

-v1.00: Initial release
-v1.10: Added Dark Rage, Sadism and Sweet Release.
-v1.20: Added Constancy, Respite and Anti-Shield Protocol
-v1.30: Added Auto-Shield Protocol, Applied Knowledge and Last Stand
-v1.40: Added Resonance, Deep Resonance and Master Resonance. Also completely reworked Payday.
-v1.50: Added Mysterious Benefactor
-v1.60: Added Whirling Blade Combo, Thunderous Blade Combo and Heartstopper Combo


Bug Fixes:

-v1.01: Fixed a bug preventing Shutdown and Overload from targeting blaster rifles.
-v1.02: Stopped T3 from being able to take the Payday and Killer Instinct feats.
-v1.11: Fixed a bug preventing Sith Lords from taking dark-side feats.
-v1.31: Fixed a bug preventing Auto-Shield Protocol from triggering.
-v1.61: Fixed the interaction between Overload and combo feats. Fixed some lingering bugs from the Steam conversion. Improved compatibility.
-v1.67: Improved compatibility.


Permissions:

-Don't redistribute the mod without permission. I'm pretty reasonable.

It's a fair cop, Mysterious Stranger is absolutely the inspiration for it.

I don't know why but I just imagine whenever you get into a fight, you get a sudden appearance of Revan or Deadeye Duncan (whoever is currently using the name) and he just One Shot Kills an enemy like The Mysterious Stranger from Fallout does.

Can Finesse: Melee Weapons feat cancel the Killer Instinct feat? I was doing quite good damage before getting the Finesse feat (My Dex was higher), now somehow I feel like my damage is lower. Also is there a way to see whether the feat is properly working? Sorry, I am kinda dumb when it comes to these sort of things.

There's no connection there. Killer Instinct boosts Attack, which determines the chance to land a hit, it doesn't increase the damage a hit deals. The increased Attack will show up on your character sheet while the effect's active.

I am unfortunately unable to use energy shields at all. Like they don't even pop up in my inventory... using the full Reddit build and figured I'd install this on top of it. Any suggestions?

Sounds like another mod's problem. The only change Content Pack makes to shield is what happens when you activate them. If they're not even showing up then that's someone else's goof.

I have the K1 version of this and love it, so I downloaded and installed this K2 version as well, but it doesn't seem to have done anything. None of the new feats or powers are showing up. What do I do?

EDIT: nevermind, wasn't a mod issue. i had an overarching settings issue. resolved now and everything looks great.

Could you share what your problem was exactly? I've tried everything I can think of to get this mod to work and none of the new feats or powers are showing up. How did you fix it?

Not to be all RTFM about it but the TSLPatcher is not arcane technology, if you follow the instructions it will work.

If you're using Workshop mods, don't. If you're copying files manually, don't.

If the patcher is actually returning an error message, then I want to hear about it.

okay after many hurdles that are unrelated to this, i finally got to test everything. 
turns out it just doesnt show on mobile for whatever reason. 

tslpatcher's install log says no warnings nor errors 

upside of it is the feats/powers are still functional despite the loss of titles and descriptions

hopefully it does get fixed 

ps. im running the mobile full build from reddit as well as a few texture mods.

It’s not a mobile mod, and I’ve never claimed mobile compatibility, so you should lead with that next time.

Your game isn’t reading the edited dialog.tlk file, that is why you aren’t getting text. Whether that’s user error or a difference in the mobile version I can’t say.

The powers and feats are not showing up and I'm using the RCM mod from here not steam and I'm on PC

Edit:Wait now they are showing up but there are no titles or descriptions

Edit: Turns out I forget I installed a steam workshop mod a while ago. I got rid of it and everything is working now
