Hey guys!

Some time ago I needed to modify a module's .pth file for a mod and I decided to make an editor. I've been developing it slowly over the past two months, and I think I'm finally done with it.
Since this was my first program it's not a state-of-the-art editor app, but I still thought I'd put it up here if anyone ever needs to edit/create new .pth files.

(UPDATED: 9/9/2012)

The program has not been tested extensively though, so it likely contains bugs. If anyone encounters any I'd appreciate it if they could report it to me so I can fix them.

I may have to try it out sometime. As far as the zooming mentioned in the readme, any chance in a future update for an alternative method for people like me who only have a laptop?

Uh... I didn't even think about that. Sure, Ferc, I can do that. I'll probably add zoom in and zoom out options to the menu.

I updated the file, you can now zoom in and out without a mouse wheel. I also fixed some bugs. Key shortcuts work now.

Looks interesting... What exactly do .pth files do?
The truly fallen cannot return to the light. If someone "falls" and "returns," they never really, truly fell.

The module's paths are defined in its .pth. These paths are used by creatures when they move. Without them they are unable to move, unless there is a direct line between the two points.

It's not something that needs to be used often, but sometimes certain parts of a module are not linked by paths, meaning that creatures can't get from one part to the other. You would also need it for new modules.

The map has to work ingame for the program to display it properly. If it doesn't then you need to modify the .are file.

Nice work, bead-v! :)
You know, I never feel comfortable on these sort of things. Victims? Don't be melodramatic. Tell me. Would you really feel any pity if one of those dots stopped moving forever? If I offered you twenty thousand pounds for every dot that stopped, would you really, old man, tell me to keep my money, or would you calculate how many dots you could afford to spare? Free of income tax, old man. Free of income tax - the only way you can save money nowadays.
